I just found out that this was arranged/produced by Jounetsu-P!! He also arranged the Jazzwaltz version of Aku No Musume and the Classical/Symphonic Versions of Aku No Meshitsukai, the Ballad Ver. of Regret Message, the Accoustic Ver. of Re_Birthday and so much more! They're all part of an album he released in 2012 titled 悪ノ娘 / 悪ノ召使アレンジアルバム -緋色の小夜曲- (The Daughter of Evil / The Servant of Evil Arrange Album -Scarlet Serenade-) in case anyone wanted to know :)
