You lifted/ragdolled her. Sometimes when enemies get ragdolled under obstacles, they just die when they can't stand up. I guess the game thought she got stuck.

It's a mechanic in warframe called 'lifted'. Slam attacks in general have a high chance at lifting enemies, which creates a zeroG type effect on affected enemies.

@@akdreamer6497 I’d assume that’s like a 1/1,000,000,000 chance, cause I’ve never seen him kill any player in that mission or myself. Even in steel path. He’s honestly a joke and nothing fun regardless, you could just shoot into a crowd of enemies blindly in that mission and then you’d hear “target down, assassination contract complete”.
His razor quill attack is the one that can kill you if you stay away from him for some time... He's either too easy and dies by a few hits or he kills you using his razor quill attack
