Question : In an emergency such as an avalanche or a fire - How do you get out of there? Maybe I missed the helicopter pad? You are in a beautiful home on a mountain . Minimal roads, rough terrain, isolated, in Colorado. All that aside this place and the area is absolutely stunning. Isolated...but stunning. All that for under $10 million? A bargain...IF there's a helicopter pad.
