What if the car initially has been programmed to drop you off to a Starbucks few blocks from you, as you have requested it , but somehow the system of the vehicle flips out on you, locks all the doors and you end up being dropped out to San Francisco 😂?
Eventually they will have robots building cars and doctors robots. And the only thing humans will be needed to do is be the customers. But why would you need human to work for
For now it's free as at the time they didnt had the permit to charge for rides They got the permit on August 10th so they will start charging for rides in the coming weeks
Depends where you’re going and when. I wanted to use it last night but the prices were way higher than Uber. The app said “we’re busy right now so prices are up”. Other times I’ve checked it’s the same or slightly cheaper.
It's typically comparable to an Uber or cheaper. Sometimes because of surge pricing, it's more expensive. It will get cheaper as they scale, to the point where Uber will not be able to compete at all.
I’m a Uber driver almost got hit by these Robo cars in LA. I will not drive for a dollar.

Yeah, it's a pretty troubling changing of the order when the machine can take you where you want to go and the human can't operate a door handle...
I think it unlocks with the app, so the vehicle is secured at all times.
