Why doesn't Anpviz 5MP PoE IP Camera Outdoor IPC-B1053WD-SS have the Open Network Video Inter. option at 1:16 ?

You really cannot contact anyone and there is NO software that works with this camera. I’ll order another like my other three and send this back to Amazon.

But if it's in Chinese language only how will it be changed to English

This video is misleading. The captured footage is from the really big 8" ultra series tandemvu PTZ camera, not the DS-2SE4C pro series camera.

After i add the camera from my local network can i access the live feed remotely from the app without any adjustments (like port forwarding)? I have starlink which is known to have CGNAT (No port forwarding possible) . Already had to discard an IP camera because of this

I bought anpviz camera system about 3 months ago. I have cameras connected to the NVR only, one camera is connected via 65ft Ethernet cable and the other via 10 ft, both are connected to the NVR Poe port… the problem I’m been having, is the camera with the 65ft cable will go offline at least once every 2 weeks and will never reconnect itself the NVR. I change it to different connection port, I updated the camera, and NVR, switched camera, and finally bought a better Ethernet cat6 cable. And the offline issue is still showing…. Like I said only happens with the camera with longer cable connection. I check everything and cable is good quality. I contacted customers service and it seems they don’t know why I’m having this issues….. is someone here can give me an Idea what can be wrong…. I’m been thinking is an NVR power supply. Like I said I replace camera to see if problem happen with different camera and it did, I replace cables and problem is still there, I connected to a different port and no fix… I’m lost!

Seriously? Am I supposed to dance to your music? This is completely inadequate for a user manual. I am having a lot of difficulty understanding the confusing and scantily given information in your so-called quick start guide. There is no local customer service phone number to call if you need assistance. This is absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. I purchased a 4K, 8 channel Anpviz camera security from Amazon three weeks ago. Picture quality is satisfactory, but it is impossible to turn off the alarm, no matter where you look. Other than the picture quality, which happens to be good, the software and everything else sucks.
