Let’s run a half marathon | 4 weeks of training - the ups and downs
Hello! Welcome and follow along for running a half marathon in London. I am not the best or fastest runner, but I tried to be more consistent with running since spring and decided to sign up for a half marathon 4 weeks before the race.
I roughly followed this running training plan - www.halhigdon.com/training-programs/half-marathon-training/intermediate-2-half-marathon/
However, I only committed to 3 runs a week & skipped some long runs.

Summer in London looks wonderful. Here in NY it is so humid it is hard to enjoy. I like you floral dress. Ugh yup same here with people who think public parks and beaches are their own backyards. Love the cover design of this book. I a currently reading Turtles All The Way Down. Yes people do get very riled up easily in the day to day and indeed better not to get too frustrated. I need to straighten up and clean too. I am the same I am way too tired to cook when I arrive home so I flip my meals. I have dinner for lunch on my lunch break at work I get dinner like meal from the hot buffet at the market and then a sandwich in the evening. So fun to follow along here and new friend from across the pond. Keep up the fun content! 👍🥰☺
