As a young Scottish Canadian I have recently fallen in love with this band. Such a shame Bruce is gone. RIP❤
I can't even.... Malcolm crying starts me off every time. I have the DVD, but I just can't bring myself to watch it all in one go, even now, nearly six years later...
I'm a 65 year old bloke & Malcolm hiding behind his guitar has me in tears & I am no way ashamed of admitting it. Malcolm Jones, the greatest all round musician ever.
Wenn man die Band mehrmals schon gesehen hatte, schon vor 30 Jahren in Freiburg z.B., dann wird sie immer im Herzen sein. Eine schottische Institution, die kaum ein anderer, den Nationalstolz des Volkes so unterstützte und dafür stand. Ich habe erst heute Abend gelesen, dass Bruce Guthro tot sein soll, das ist sehr, sehr traurig. Vor 3 Jahren durfte ich sie nochmal in Freiburg erleben und obwohl es meist deutsche Zuschauer waren, konnten die viele Texte der songs mitsingen, das war einfach herrlich!
Bruce and I went through high school together. It was amazing watching him develop into this star so proud from Cape Breton Island
So sad that Bruce died so young.
RIP Bruce…started as a sydney mines small town hero and left us as an absolute legend

I have been a Riggie for years from the USA. I went to this concert in Stirling. Just had to be part of it. Loved it all. Goosebumps and tears. What a great time and the memories are forever. Thank you Runrig for all the years.
I couldn't face the journey 1000km north, the cost of the weekend wpuld have been about 1000 pounds, but more than that I couldn't face crying tbrough either of the concerts.

I could not bring myself to go and see them again after donnie munro left the band was just not the same without donnie he was the backbone of runrig his voice was second to none

This was my first ever shift working as security was an amazing first shift! did the 2 days they were on wont forget

Hello Andy S, my name is also Andy S and at first I was a little confused because I have not made the things all this nice people thanks you for. But then I recgognized. I wasn`t this guy. I am 63 years old, former German but now living in Thailand with my dear wife and my lovely 3 dogs. I really hope you are in a good health and all your lovelys too. I am so soory that Runrig stopt their careere. But they always will be in our hearts.

I’m so late to the party. I’ve only happened upon this band recently and I have so much to catch up on but even I’m crying at the end of this. I can’t imagine what they were feeling being backstage at the end and hearing the crowd still singing.
