it's a bit weird to have an advertisement video about 3 lamps and not showing anything about the actual light anywhere in the video. Wouldn't have been too hard to at least compare the light distribution visually by just taking photos. Gladly there are other channels who show passion for their work and that show exactly such comparisons.

Compared to HP30R v2, body materials and quality of 35R seems way cheaper. A battery pack, main body, both looks like "typical Chinese headlamps".

How would someone if they got a fenix prototype and not the final production relase ?

Will the cl28r V2 be released because I do not see the cl27r as an upgrade in any way. I wanted to buy the cl28r. It is a wonderful device, but the only drawback is that the battery is not interchangeable. I hope you do not add any narrow beam to it and that it remains wide because it is often used in the range. Close and maintain or be more than 2000 lumens

Great flashlight but the battery pack without replaceable 21700 is misunderstanding. Fortunately I have HP30R and the battery pack from it match to the HP35R.

The V2 model does not allow us to use both beams together which is disappointing. Also, it would great to have shortcut to high mode instead of cycling through low to high. The warm light could use a bit more flood too as it doesn't light up close to our feet without tilting it far down. Thanks

What about the other end of the charging cable, do you connect it to some sort of solar power energy outlet, reactive generated power source, windmill power source or hydro turbine power generated outlet. It's very confusing and seems like very expensive operation

I have a Fenix E25 where the switch is on the side of the light which screws off at the top. I cant leave it twisted closed which then it seems to short out batteries, killing them. Eneloops just made it worse, i got a burning smell which i stopped using them. It also wont work in turbo or high. Eventually ill have to replace it but seems to be a pretty bad problem if its cooking batteries. I don't yet know of a durable replacement 2AA light that will handle abuse (being dropped/submerged in water) which is why im just using this light. It gets dropped on concrete and still works.

Oh 5 oz is a lot for running (which these are designed for) and I have to say these are superb at producing quality light but they are among the worst when it comes to comfort. I ran 10 hours with one of these bad boys on my head and by mile 50 the pain in my forehead was more annoying than the pain in my legs. See the issue with these lamps is that even when you tighten them just enough they will still bounce on your head because the skin on your head is elastic (I know - what a surprise) - just firmly put a finger on your forehead and move it up and down and see how much your skin moves on your forehead - this is how much this headlamp moves when running and it´s bloody annyoing let me tell you that. This headlamp is well bellow comfortable for running - it would have to shave off at least 20% of it´s weight to be comfortable for what it was designed for - ultra marathons. My advice to serious runners is buy a lighter headlamp that can throw around 300lm (warmer) floodlight and buy a spare battery. I know - having to change the battery is suboptimal in a race but it´s still better than having what is a weight of phone on your head.

Wish the E35R had a tail switch. It would be just about perfect if it did. I also don't understand how both the PD25R and E35R have the same max run time with a 4300mah difference in battery capacity. That's kind of insane.

I have the HM65R-T and it is one of my two favorite headlamps. The use of a magnesium allow to keep the weight to a minimum in a sturdy 18650 battery headlamp is very much appreciated. I have some questions. 😎 1 - Is the headband any longer on the V2.0 model? With a large head, the headband on the original T is just a bit short with a hat (and I understand with helmet). 2 - What is the difference in Kelvin temperatures between the T and the V2.0 model. 3 - Are there any tables that show the runtimes of combined spot and flood use. For example, low spot and medium flood? 4 - Are the USB C charging ports sealed? 5 - Are there any step down times or graphs available for High modes? Thank you for the comparison video and your attention.

I am bewildered. These instructions are very well explained, so I am embarrassed to even ask. I do not own a tactical flashlight, so how am I supposed to charge one?

Have the older HM65R-T. I like that you can choose spot, flood, or spot and flood together.

Got the older RT and it’s absolutely the Best. Use it daily to walk our pups every am and pm. ❤

Whenever I pull after it’s thru it just comes right back out so it’s not there you have it at all

Very nice light and practical performance from the 18650 battery. Would be nice to have had a Cree XHP50 led as an alternative choice. Bought my first E35UE almost ten years ago and it is still going strong, not that I’m not opposed to buying another one.

My Fenix TK16 goes into Strobe mode when I use the paperclip, its intermittant though. This was supposed to be a great flashlight. I guess its FUBAR, not just the tail cap it is tight. My secondary button won t click anymore either smh

Please do not do ANYTHING with this flashlight,and GOD FORBID you make internal unchangeable battery. This is a perfection of a flashlight as it is. Do not modify it,just keep manufacturing these,please.
