    Does the flywheel weight help reduce stalling?

    • @johnnysadventures67
      @johnnysadventures67 7 дней назад

      Yes it helps a lot. You can do the CHA Mapping update on your phone. Simple easy and big improvement. I talked to Tokyo mods about A ECU, they told me dont Wast my money and told me to make some ignition adjustments. I'll be adding a little bit of advanced timing, see how that works in the spring.

    How did the flywheel weight do? I have a 2024 450x also that I just trial ride and was considering the weight, was it easy to install? Did u have to have the puller stuff? I didn’t think u had to pull the flywheel just place the weight on top of it

    Which skid plate did you end up going with?

    • @johnnysadventures67
      @johnnysadventures67 8 месяцев назад

      Pro carbon, from UK. There's only two companies as if now that make a decent plate. Also have clutch & flywheel cover.

    • @XtremeElMaxwell

      @@johnnysadventures67 thanks! I’m going back and forth between pro carbon and P3.

    • @johnnysadventures67
      @johnnysadventures67 8 месяцев назад

      I know P3 is a lot more. I don't like that the pro carbon doesn't have a hole access for the drain. Plug & I think ita a little to thin, on material. Carbon fiber is strong, but dam where's the meat Lol

    Where did you get the lighting kit too? just bought one and thinking of making the same kind of build

    • @johnnysadventures67
      @johnnysadventures67 Год назад

      Hi there. I purchased the enduro light kit off Rockymountainatvmc.com There product is plug and play, just run all the wiring harness nice and neat. There's a fuseable link for the battery ,that's in the wiring harness. Two thinks to watch out for. 1) the flang bolt / brake switch will not work on the kx250x. No room for the banjo bolt on rear brake master cylinder. I used a spring switch off amazing. I just mad a bracket and it work's great. I used the brake switch that was provided in the kit, on the front master cylinder. The wiring kit has a wires that you can run to the front brake as we'll. It's the same threads,on the kx250x so you'll have the front & rear activation, of the rear brake light. 2) the front light. You can wire light( need to purchase separately) wire it in, or get one with a battery. I use a polisport with a built-in battery. I can change it and don't have to worry about Amp draw. The kx250x stator isn't really built for a heavy Amp draw, so I play it safe, no problems. I get a lot if people ask me how I did it when they see the bike in person. Any more questions, ask away, be patient I'm extremely busy, but love helping people, that love Bike's!!
