Max mp with dimensional walker is op because its multiplier based so you can do like 120% mana 5x with dimensional walker ++ its op damage
Got a run with dimensional walker ++ with 200% mana was fun i tried to get magic vine for more max mp but i failed cuz i cant see it but if i got magic vine its probably more cuz on mana department its so opp

if you want better performance, just turn off damage numbers! you can test your damage at the dummies, no need for performance killing text in the game...

I agree it would be nice if a little more time and explanation is given for certain actions. I have played this game over 100h, so it's more like an inconvenience for me, since i have to pause. But, looking a at new player point of view, they would not know what spell/relic/curse/potion does what.

I think I'd dub this the Hammer of Dawn build. Takes a while to charge up, then comes down from the sky and vaporizes everything, then goes on cooldown for a while.
As much as you love potions, you should really do some vids with the new potion set.

The damage numbers on skull are misleading, mana reservoir will scale the first cthulu and the second so it’ll be much stronger than what the numbers indicate

Fall rebound bubble is much stronger for directly using the spell as they do not trigger each other or on contact with enemies so each reaches max duration/damage. It's recommended you pair it with wand 2 being lightning dash so you avoid the annoying push back. I've seen previous comments mention this and agree that if you boosted the audio levels higher in post it would be better for viewers. I max volume on my system and it's still very quiet. I estimate your videos are 1/3 the typical volume making it much harder to hear everything.

I have to assume the range must have influenced in the final dps somehow that seems to be the only explanation like hitting all of the dummies at the time with bigger range must have done more damage than hitting less due to smaller range. idk

I have almost 1000h in this game and have yet that specific unique spell (Blast Surge) to drop a single time from the maggot pit. It's bizarre. I've had every single one of the others tenths of times. The same happens with one specific curse and one normal enemy listed in the in-game compendium. I truly believe there is something broken with the game's RNG.
Can't believe that u adopt an idea from my fellow countryman. I have often tried to explain your playing style to Oberkommisar but unfortunately he has not understood it yet. 😂

i kinda hate how much powerful it is tracking vs automatic navigate, nice run! still i really liked that penetration technology, i feel that kind of support spell are usually under used, (like rebound) they are really powerfull but often just ignored

Seems like this run was very much carried by Enchanting Coin + Prospector's Pickaxe, on top of just having an absurd amount of gold. That reboot giving you 4 Drills is unreal. Practically the best thing that could have happened when playing around with the Soul Set because Area Boost can be put on several wands and apply to all of them (which I'm surprised you skipped at 30:00). I love the idea of the Arcane Nova spell, but it's sad that the game is so unoptimized for large numbers of spells that Arcane Nova + Multishot + Butterfly already lags the game. That feeling at 58:00 sums it up pretty succinctly. 1:04:50 I think the game has an exceptionally poor interaction with so many Butterflies trying to attack a target that is intangible, where they just kind of hover around it trying to hit it but can't, so none of those Butterflies were despawning for a bit.
It's still really silly to me that this game decides that adding a Mimic Cube on the Bi'an Sword puts the slot behind the Bi'an so you have to keep moving at least 2 spells every time you add one. You lose so much time with this build just fixing those last slots. Also funny to see you test the DPS at the end and come out with about 1M dps, when my first attempt at this kind of build the other night was around 2.4M when I can't afford to do a lot of bans yet. I guess the wand really made the difference, and I might have had an Area Boost + Arcane Barrier combo to feed more mana into swords. I do remember that for some reason I was getting better results without Orbit, but I'm not sure why.
using the discount potion on the red room just blew my mind haha i regularly beat the producer and have never thought to do that :'D
I recently saw that you can even discount the roulette and similar rooms with it.
Multishoot doubles your swords
Does it not only double the rate you fire them at, because the maximum of number in the air is defined by your maximum mana?
@@K_Prinz Overscatter actually makes the difference for the fire rate with sim casting while multishot multiplies the limit, you had 5000 limit then 1000 without the 5x from multishot
so i tried a similar build but the pc couldn't handle the amount of swords. to be fair I almost won but after the boss died a projectile of him touched me and I died.
34:59 It´s so funny to me to see how you struggle with this riddle, while I think it is the easiest out there, meanwhile you solve the "make all 9 plates light up" in seconds, while I need a couple of minutes usually. Amazing how differently brains are wired.

The wand he was using has a small chance to refill mana on a hit
I expected much, much more lag with so many projectiles circling around. I guess it's stuff like fireworks and split that really messes up framerate.
Correction: It´s not the framerate that´s gone, but the compression makes a beautiful garbled mess out of the video once a couple of hundred swords are flying :D

honestly had me laughing so much with how many times you re-rolled into area boosts or got them from spell rooms
20 minutes in: I've been sleeping on Prism Cores, I really should try them. 60 minutes in: Ugh, one more build this game absolutely cannot handle. Hopefully some day they figure out how to do some optimization to make it not a terrible idea to play with a lot of Multishot/Split effects or Arcane Nova. I rather enjoy putting together "Kitchen Sink" builds with whatever random spells I get and seeing how it goes, but it gets really annoying when the game can barely handle 100-200 spells on screen at a time, let alone thousands. Fighting the Producer: "Why do you look like a slideshow of a dog?"
Wicked. I usually put a speed increase on the cthulu heads, because their crawling speed annoys me so, so much. All the damage is useless if they need ten seconds to find their target.
I don't know if u know what's going on in ur build but it's awesome! I made a video about this build too in my channel but yours is even better so the duet will cast the right spell after the left spell is over and spiders don't really have a duration the only way is to recast it or the enemy kills them and if u pause and pay attention one of ur spiders was dealing 191 milion damage per hit which is above 1 billion dps and that explains why u were getting negative dps because game is not designed to show +1 billion numbers
And btw u can make this build much more efficient I don't really understand why did u ban essence of soul that's just too much DPS and the indomitability is nice for more stable damage output and I think the mana stacking for more DPS is just not that efficient and the parasite always works u shouldn't have dropped it out of ur build

so the first spell is affected by overload, spell damage, and can crit, and that number becomes the base damage of the next spell, and it gets affect by spell damage, overload, crit again. Is that how duet works?
It seems that all supports before a duet are applied to the supported duet spell, you should be able to confirm this puting a damage modifier before it and looking if it applies to the spells affected by duet, I did a run like this and it works really well I don't know the calculations but I made a 100million DPS ctulu head with that method (I used a lot of time duration and overload supports on a water Buble and then I dueted 3 ctulu heads with a duet++ between them. again I don't understand how it works, but it does nonetheless. I think that the Cthulhu heads inherited the water bubble damage and then they multiplied it by the amount of manna your wand have (mine had 2000) each time you use a duet++

Very cool build, insane damage and no lag/ bit rate rumble. I'm going to try and guess how the multiple duets work: the first cthulhu head inherits damage from the bubble, then the second cthulhu head inherits damage from the first cthulhu head, that already inherits damage from the bubble? Sorry for the roundabout formulation; it is truly a fascinating setup you have. I don't often use summons, but I'll try to workshop this. Cheers for the run!
how did you make your prisms track your targets like that?
