@ same i also use intel stock cooler but it’s not bad. 60% when idle and 70-80% under full load and extreme gaming.

What is the framerate like on low graphics?
I think the textures lose a lot of quality, but you can gain fps by lowering the graphics of other things.

I have a rig that is just slightly stronger (intel i5-10400f instead of Ryzen 5 1600AF) and was worried that the game wasn't optimized enough for me to enjoy playing it. It ran really bad in the Closed beta that I participated in but it looks like they did a good job making it work on older hardware.
theres a mod for older gpus like 16 series that enables DLSS, that may help you
