The Styrofoam glue in the video is an XPS/EPS glue. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't mention it, but thanks for pointing it out! and thanks also for the tip about the epoxy glue!

Thank you so much!!!! My daughter is crying because she can’t make her horns after hours of trying different ideas. I found your video and I am about to start it at 9 pm eastern time . I hope I can manage and surprise her in the morning. I’ll at least have a start base to work with and learn as I go. You may have saved my daughter first cosplay tomorrow! You’re the best. Now off to work I go with lots of coffee and patience

how would one attach these directly to skin though? i understand its easier to hide in hair with a headband or hair clips but how would I go about affixing horns to my face and get them to stick?

Awesome tutorial! I'm not the crafty type at all and really needed an easy tutorial to follow for my tiefling's horns. But if I wanted them to be smooth (no scales/ridges, more like the finish of a cow's horn) how could I hide the seams? My go to thought is to use the same fabric I plan to use on my tail just to have it color match, but would rather have a smooth, "polished" finish. Maybe air dry clay/foam clay to seal the seams? Any tips?
