Hi can you tell me where you got the clamp for your tabless lyra? (that piece that you have the carabiner attached to).

Crystal Custalow it doesn't look tables to me the Lyra is just wrapped except that part which makes it look like it
Crystal Custalow that looks like a single point hoop to me. We just bought a double point one and the points look exactly the same as the one in this video.

I'm 3 weeks into classes and totally obsessed! My hand strength though... I didnt know my hands could hurt so much!
