yes! it's always tricky to learn a new grappling system at first. use the button prompt as a guide. however, I've noticed that it's not always accurate so I try to watch the move animations to time my reversals. good luck! wwe 2k17 will be out in a few months so it'll probably be a whole new system for us to learn lol

Yeah man it was a tough one! Did you use limb targeting attacks to weaken his legs, back? That seemed to help me make him submit to the Sharpshooter.

+Julio coBretti Yeah, the problem is, he counters the Sharpshooter like 90% of the time, so you have to keep building up your momentum. The few times I got him in it, I couldn't get him to tap. I'm not really a fan of the submission system in this game in the first place.

I understand exactly what you're saying. I stop doing the Special Objectives 'cause I couldn't get Bret Hart to submit. I, too, am not a fan of the new awful, dumbass submission system. I seriously hope they change it in WWE 2K17. Otherwise, I won't buy it.

I guess they wanted to avoid reversal fests. Add a bit more of a strategic element to the game. Just like adding the stamina meter so people can't spam move after move.

I actually have the same problem. It just works like a 1/3 of the time. My buddy can do it fine even when he's baked and has slow reactions. I just can't do it period. Pisses me off.

it's to get signature moves, finishers. the more successful attacks, taunts you do the more your momentum meter builds. the signature moves, finishers deal a lot of damage so you can pin your opponent afterwards

+Ravon Pearce no problem. they're pretty much like situational finishers. they can be different with different wrestlers. one of the easier ones to do is spearing someone through the barricade outside the ring. just make sure to have a finisher stored up, Irish whip the opponent into the corner barricade and it'll prompt you to do the omg! moment. just be sure to always have a finisher stored up when playing, you'll eventually get the prompt for the omg! moment. I know Roman reigns has some. also there's one for when you lay your opponent out on the announce table. big e can spear someone that's on the outside apron. the cesaro swing can be done by going by the legs of an opponent laying on the ground.
