Our First Band Concert, We Didn’t Sound Bad, But We Didn’t Great Either. It’s Just Part Of The Learning Process.
When i was in sixth grade band we were so so so much better and playing more sophisticated songs but this is still good

we were in 6th grade and posture wasn't that important then.
@@trqnidee it still matters. Posture is still important. It isn’t much of a big deal since beginning band students are just learning, yes. But you do have to fix any of those mistakes before bad habits start to form because they’re harder to break them later on than to fix them early.
@@asher1013 yes i understand that yet people don't seem to understand that we were in 6th grade at the time and this was about a month after we just started playing our instruments.
@@trqnidee that’s very understandable. My point was that those small things still matter. But at this level, bad habits can form easily without even knowing. So it is good to fix the habit earlier. But this actually sounded really good for beginning band! And a lot of progress made in only a month! So you guys should also be proud of that too!
@@trqnidee and yeah. The people who are rude about critiques really need to get a grip and realize that these are only people who have been playing for a short time. It isn’t like everything is going to be perfect. The expectations aren’t as high. Yes it’s good to point the mistakes out so people can fix em. But the people who just outright bully beginner band students just suck. Cause they do need to realize that they aren’t going to sound the best. But that it’s apart of the learning process.

I play trombone but I rennet the sounds of 6 grade instruments now I play the tenor bass trombone
