I am a 53 year old construction worker. I did dabble in boxing when I was a younger guy but wasn’t dedicated enough to make something out of it. I was TOO MUCH in love with the street life & paid the price for that love by spending time in a cage. To be a great boxer it has to be all or nothing at all. There is no in between & I just wasn't in the right place for that dedication.
Now, several injuries later & life on the right track, I just train to keep my body in shape & know that if I have to defend myself, I can. Comments are turned off because this channel was not made to promote myself as a guy who is attempting to become a boxer at 53 & I am not looking to learn anything new at my age. These videos are for motivational purposes ONLY & I am not interested in all the wanna be Cus D'amato & Freddy Roach comments nor am I trying to become a RUclips sensation. So likes & subscribers are cool but I am not gonna lose sleep over not having them. It is all about motivation, period!
