The knobs need to be hold for long time to get flame in ‘this model which is very risky and waste lot of gas due to leakage

This is the worst gas hob. I bought this hob for 25 000 on 13 Feb 24 from Jammu HOB ULTIMA PLUS HT783 . The hob was not getting sim/low flame properly when I turn the knob to sim. The flame in sim option was also very high in all the burners which was burning my dishes even in sim flame. There was very little difference between full flame and sim flame which is a required function for every gas burner for efficient cooking. When I reported my complain and after repeated requests to the dealer, technician visited on 21 st March 2024. He admitted that there is problem in the gas burner sim flame but he was not trained for handling the product. But somehow he managed to regulated the sim flame to little low for all the burners after getting instructions from the head office. But after service the flame was making flickering and very noisy. On 2nd April 2024, I reported the problem to Service centre head who asked me for warranty card which I sent him on whatsapp but there was no response. Then he told me to get the call registered whiich i registered on 6th apri 24.. I called on toll free number and they gave me contact number of ASM but all are reluctant. product has manufacturing defect as it doesnot have proper sim/ low flame fuction which is required in any type of cooking in the world. Cooking in high flame in all the burners is not possble in milk boiling, on pressure cookier or making vegetables, Never buy this Faber product
