Some of our experiences whilst "Urban exploring" (often shortened as urbex, UE, bexing, urbexing and sometimes known as 'roof-and-tunnel hacking') is the exploration of man-made structures, usually abandoned ruins or not usually seen components of the man-made environment.

Made me happy
Ate
10:12 FUCK OFF HA! HA HA!
Sad seeing the old headgear rusting away and the mind shaft probably filled and capped. Surprised its so still intact, when I visited collierys in the late 80s and 90s they were demolished quickly after closure.
The building with the electrical boxes was most probably the station generator room.
Used to be my back yard love it!! Pp 😮
Love Scott's grotto,,! P71 🎉
When you don't know how to drive blame others👍
Was actually called finnamore wood camp
Springwell Chalk Quarry. There is no kiln at this site as far as I know and so probably not a limeworks, however there are large, heavy rollers which makes me think as well as being a former chalk quarry it was also a pulverising plant and wharehouse, product being loaded onto barges, I note the Grand Union Canal largely ceased commercial activity in the late 1960's. The site plus the engineering has a mid century/post war look and feel about it and having grown up in Harefield in the 1970's I don't remember the place ever being open for business the gate being locked, there was a gap which could be squeezed through however. So in my opinion the site likely closed in the 1960's or thereabouts, also having done a little research I have found a picture online taken in 1949 showing the site apparently in use. All of this I think puts pay to the idea that the site closed just after WW1 which is bounded about online. I last walked along the entrance track in the early 1990's but didn't go as far as the works as it was getting dark as I recall. Thanks for posting.
Not gonna lie kinda funny…
He did nothing wrong shut up
Worked there early 90's. Sad to see it in its current state
Im your 300° sub!
Could be a good place in the past
Bruh this is bullshit since national express didn't do anything wrong since coaches are meant to be capibal of being in the snow and the reason why no one is using the lane is probably because the lane could've been only for buses and not cars or trucks so stop trying to sue the company since your attempt is shit to them and by the way the girl in the car is so annoying like bruh she is trying to get the license plate of the coach just to sue the company
They should turn it into a holiday camp.
The idiot here is the car driver 🙄
What did the driver do that's just snow they just have bigger wheels just move at the side
true they have big wheels
totally spoilt video by rubbish music!!!
let people do their jobs and shut the fuck up
Frightening
😂😂😂
Nan and grandad, lived in the bungalow, on part of the site, spent a lot of my childhood there, used to give me the creeps, now being built on, but dread to think what they are building on, lot of the scientists, died of cancer, but then they were messing around with radioactive isotopes, grandad also died of cancer, karma I guess, for what they were doing.
You need to get a proper gamble mate as video to shakey and tone down music it's to loud apart from that not a bad video
Used to work here
The machine was from a film called enigma. I went a few years ago and there was a guy pulling pieces off the machine
hey im hoping this channel is still active, i was wondering f you could disclose the locaiton of this, ive looked all over online and cant find the exact location
Looks like Great Brickhill
In the mid-70s I was working at RAE Farnborough. RAE Bedford (Thurleigh) was an outstation where we occasionally did trials. It was originally planned post-war to join three airfields (Thurleigh, Poddington & Little Staughton) which had runways in approximate alignment to create one enormous runway. This plan died when it was realised developing aircraft would not need it. I well remember a trial there and that wooden tower at the beginning of the video whizzing past our wingtip - we were flying considerably lower than it!
I was here earlier
Not very good security. I wonder how much stuff got nicked .shame to see it in disrepair.
There is a base ment
I worked at Hemsby for a season back in 1978 in the childrens den in the evenings as DJ doing the kids discos....Not a Blue Coat but often got roped into helping out with various kids activities during the day time......went back there for short break in the late 90's and it was like a different camp...the atmosphere was totally different and the entertainment and activities was very lacking for want of a better word.....the boating lake had gone and a kids bike track was in it's place....now looking at this video...the bike track has gone and they stuck a go kart track in it's place along with a crazy golf course......From what has happened to Bean Sands which is still open, it is no wonder the camps are closing down one by one with the new owners not willing to spend any money on maintenance.......Hemsby had upward of over 600 chalets and at one time was fully booked every week from season start to season end.....ideal location for trips into Great Yarmouth and a nice bit of coast line and sea front....They had a winning formula..shame they changed it........Even not including the season I worked for them....had holidays in the 70's and 80's at Brean Sands, Camber Sands, Hemsby, Prestatyn and a Star Trek convention held at Morecambe and can honestly say I never had a bad experience
All they keep doing is dumping housing on sites Sell the sites to Butlins
The awful music detracted from enjoying the place
Criminal waste of resources, and criminal neglect of a building imo.
The place was closed for years then re-opened for about 6 months back in 1995 or so . They spent ( wasted ) hundreds of thousands of pounds - maybe several million even- to renovate it - the carpet in the dining hall cost £120,000 alone- and then shut it down again on the whim of the then Home Secretary Michael Howard , who panicked when an escape at another prison hit the headlines.
Seems like a lot for a carpet, anyway I can’t see them fitting a carpet in there a sex that hall is gor. or was for eating in I wax there in 1985
what the driver of the car does not tell you, is that he is doing 20 mph on the m1!!! coach legally overtakes the slow moving car . car driver is a drama queen and needs to grow a pair of balls or learn to drive.....
Me and me Julie did our first bit of shagging in that paradise
Shame hardly any of it is there anymore . Remember playing there as kids
All that coal left there 😭😭 I and heritage railways could be using it!
I can't hear a thing you're saying. Please turn music off on your next exploration 🙏
I cracked my head open here :-)
I used to work there
