We are selective about our clients because we invest an insane amount of time in them. It’s all starts with an intensive four hour workshop we call the Branding Session. Here, not only do we learn about your company but you get to see it in a whole new way. From that, we create a one-of-a-kind marketing program for you. This is why we only want clients who are as dedicated to their success as we are.

This scene makes a brilliant point about how we tend to hide our true selves in order to fit in rather than expressing our greatness at all times.

Best training ever… a sale is always made on every call is correct!!!
It literally is not correct. Only schmucks who believe in magic - believe in this kind of selling bull-poop. Get a good book on selling and be amazed - might I suggest Spin Selling or something similar.
Forgive me, the fine English mixed with science babble has made the point of this go over my head. Can some one please translate for me?
These scenes are so powerful and I think about them a lot with decision making in my own life to this very day.
Very Good 🥃🔥
The “her” is missing from that line. Mandela Effect.
You need to be able to fire people to be management. Some people don't fit, some people are misplaced and some are just wrong. But if you can't fire someone, people will look at you p*ssy and walk all over you.
Is there anyone have a complete link of the boiler video. I want to watch the movie. Can anyone help me send me the link
Agreed
“You want this door closed?” 😂
Should of won academy award for the performance
Powerful. This is the scene that separates Rocky from all other sports movies. So many movies are about believing in yourself and then proving yourself to the world by winning. Rocky just wants to prove something to himself.....that he can go the distance and that he's not a bum. It's heart breaking. The audience already knows what special guy he is....but Rocky doesn't. He will take unbelievable punishment just to win a small victory for himself.
If you lose to one of your best friends several times in FIFA on PlayStation.
why are the beeps on ?
Is that a photo of maynard James Keenan next to Peter Brand on the wall? Maybe playing at Oakland Colliseum back in the day?
Love all the relatable little anecdotes, but can I point out that trading ≠ firing? Dude still has a job. Glad you guys are lulling yourself to sleep at night with a movie though.
The bit I always struggle to wrap my head around is the fact that he was traded to the Tigers, which means he has to up and move from San Francisco to Detroit. If he's got a wife, she has to quit her job. If he's got kids, they have to move schools. His entire life is upended in five seconds.
Why is this such a good movie
What's dumb is you have an A's football
You really think I ought to swear?
These men work in an industry where trade is a very real possibility. Most professional athletes do not put down roots they cant pull up quickly. Does baseball even have a no trade clause?
You know, the phones was my life for 15 years. The problem is he is right. You can push past human instinct and get people to work against their own best interest. It’s when the desperation of the caller exceeds the desperation of the receiver.
That’s the dude from Charlie’s angel where he’s smelling the girls hair lol
Im here after the mortal kombat 1 reference 😂
really beeping the word f word, well F you and your clip, small timers!
It is hardly ever said but this scene is what the entire movie is about… A love story. What are we gonna do? If you find one of those women, do what what you can to keep them. I found mine.
Even Stallone said that a little bit ago! 150% Correct you are!
I have no problems firing or getting fired because nobody likes wasted time.
I haven't seen this movie but this is some of the best acting from Jonah Hill.
Anyone here after playing Mk1
yesh
Ahahahaahhaahaa me tooo😂
One of my favorite scenes of all time.
This doesn't work well for smaller businesses where you know your employees well. And the other employees will judge you based on how you treat your employees.
I fully disagree. This works at all levels - I’ve had to do this twice in my business. It’s not easy and it was very uncomfortable - I had strong personal relationships with both the employees I fired. But it has to be done and a straight conversation was very effective for me. The rest of the employees knew the writing was on the wall, and I met with them each individually to reassure them.
@@kwark1223 I didn't say i hadn't fired people. And that i could not do it effectively. I have and do. But, I don't tell them in 5 seconds, come in, your fired, and bye, or other employees will find out and think that is harsh. Still, like I originally said, some of your employees will still judge you. Not every employee is going to be in agreement that the "writing was on the wall". If you think that is a universal thing that all your employees will be ok you fired someone, then you have not run a business with a lot of employees. i have. i have 50 employees.
He has a ridiculous amount of Coca Cola on his counter 😂
I just noticed that
Sweetie, I love sex. I'm not sure if we're on the same page. You're being traded. I'm keeping the house and kids. That's it.
I'm always quoting this scene when I run up against someone who claims they don't see movies.
They way he stared at him
"Would you rather get a bullet to the head, or five to the chest and bleed to death?" ... "Are those my only two options?" LOL
Wish Dell had been that direct with me back in 2001. A-holes tricked me into flying 2000 miles because I was needed at a "meeting". Once I got there, all of a sudden I was asked to go into an office, my boss walks in, and lets me go.
Most important scene of the movie. Avildsen wanted to cut it from the movie because of the extremely low budget, but Stallone insisted, so they agreed that it would remain in the film if they could get it done in one take. So Stallone got hammered drunk before filming, and Talia Shire and him nailed it.
He was finna pee and vomit 😂
This scene was originally supposed to get taken out. I'm glad it didn't
This is the heart of what makes Trek great!
I played junior hockey and got traded, it's a shitty feeling but you want a direct and honest approach
Kirk can't be destroyed. His legend lives on.
My therapist told me to watch this when I need to be straight to my future father
Man he didn’t even ask if he wanted the door open or closed 😢
Kevin McCarthy is giving us the latest illustration of this maxim....
Who are the snowflake who make the clips, cutting out all the swearing. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very True .....great screen writing and performance .....also not logical, but often true
Even when he sees it's Biff, he stands his ground...noble guy. She is too cute, tho.
got fired after a year putting in hard work, manager barely moves a finger, after that vowed never to work for anyone again, 5 years laters on my way to making a million dlls a year, now im the boss but still hustle if i want. you can do it too
Literally no reason to bleep out the swears here.
it woulda been too much but it would be to see Carlos telling someone he got traded and seeing how mature he is about it
are those my only 2 options....?
