I suspect I have PDA, as I feel dread at deadlines, so I have an accommodation that I can ask for ad-hoc extension. What this causes is a window, not a set demand, and it just makes me feel much more able to meet it. That was granted with a diagnosis of generalised anxiety disorder, which makes sense with what was discussed here
"What's a PDA?" Me, instantly: Personal Digital Assistant, you doofus.
Why aren't more people trying to help people woth depression I got both add and bipolor depression with anxiety and anger issues 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂fucked up right not to mention ptsd

I know my childhood traumatized me, and taught me how to continually traumatize myself to perform & hide the things I couldn't perform.
Frankly, from what I understand of burnout as an adult, this definitely describes me during every school year from age 10 to 18. Run absolutely ragged, more hours of homework than time spent in a classroom, and clawing myself towards summer/christmas break, which I basically spent, hiding from the world because I was too exhausted to do anything, and then cowering in fear of going back to the endless workload. If I found an hour or two to myself it was a miracle most days. Did it for real life? Hell no. I had a mental breakdown and a stress related physical breakdown in my final year of high-school, missed about two months of time over the course of the year, bombed all my classes, and never made it to university. Sure was worth it to get an A+ on some grade 10 geography paper I don't even remeber though... Oh, wait, it wasn't.
Love this!!!

That's a very compassionate way of saying that, thank you. ❤
School sucks, teachers suck, society lost the way, where do they learn morals?
And many of us didn’t find out until much, much later…
Thank you for speaking on this. My boys are 15 and 16 and are just now starting to see how much I struggle if I'm not on my medication that I hate taking.
Thank you ❤
Felt this 💯
