So true. Also just like in real life with training; ammunition selection, and proper maintenance of your rifle go a long way. Most troopers if you take thier rifles have them at half condition or worse.

The NCR troopers are given the training of a militia and the treatment of a frontline unit, if they actually gave them adecuate training the NCR would be winning most smaller engagements and not be so inefficient towards dealing with sabotage, with them only losing actual engagements. Also the ammunition selection, it's clear that the NCR has supply issues and that the legion wasn't actually deemed a large enough threat until about kimball's arrival, if you look closely to the lore you'll notice the NCR does tend to give proper equipment when the threat is obvious, for example when they fought the BoS at helios one they had actual AP munitions.

True, I feel a similar way about the kings. They are supposed to be the head honchos of freeside but freeside is extremely lack luster. I think if the developers had more time and better console limitations they would have had great content for the PGers as well. Oh well one can always dream.

That's true, although its no where near as bad as some of the Frankensteins in new vegas... like the LMG for example. I love the M60 and the S.A.W and it ruined both of them.

@@xxTeamFearLessxx1 In Doc Mitchell's house above the fireplace where he gives you the psych evaluation there is a skull on a shelf. If you hit "z" to move it, a note in the upper left corner of your screen tells you to put it down. It's a tutorial on how to move stuff....that I didn't know about for years and years until another video showed it. No XP is granted, though.
