Trailblazer / Gmc envoy fuel pump part 2
Nothing was bypassed... The chip is still in the car that's why it works. This is a key hack not a bypass
If I had the chip I wouldn’t need to bypass I would just get a spare I need to know how to use the spare that doesn’t have the chip
@@alexalicea7989 unfortunately if you don't have the chipped key your gonna have to pay the dealer.
This is not bypassing, bypass is not using the chip
Now, if I could just get that damn TPS light to go off
Check your spare tire, some cars have a full size spare with a sensor in it and if it looses pressure it can make the light turn. That's what happened in my car and I was going nuts until I realized it was the spare tire the entire time!! Added some air, and blamo!! Light went off!!
I guess you just hope the chip doesn't fall out after a while.
Wonder if it would work on key fob on a Mazda 6. But I wouldnt know what the chip looked li and I dont want to F up the good key. Gives me an idea though. Wonder if you held the key fob near the ignition then inserted the unprogrammed transponder key if it would start it? Then maybe it will program it.
You are not bypassing the transponder you are only relocating it. All these videos claim this. The real deal is to fool the electronics without a transponder chip or bypass all of the electronics. This I doubtbyou could do as my bet is the computer has to see an ok from the transponder in multiple parts if its overall program
My man... Your birthday should be a Holiday. Tip broke off my truck's key so I made a copy but it opens the doors and tailgate without a problem but won't turn in the ignition. I though it was a lock cylinder problem until I read about chips in the keys. Luckly I still have the brokem key, so I was thinking of cutting broken key off at the plastic part and then glueing plastic to the copy I made. Wasn't sure if it was gonna work then came across your video. You just gave me hope, that's if it's not the lock cylinder. My truck's battery is dead at the moment, do you know if that will affect anything as far as reading the chip? By the way, to the ones worried about it not being a bypass... If it works, who cares.
Should be fine be fine once you get the battery charged up.
@@mikechanic184 . Thnx bro...
That's not bypassing nothing, your just relocating the chip
Stop being difficult bro... All that matters is if it works or not.
I figured that bout to glade Im not the only one mine is a 2011
I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee and the key light is on what should I do
I am not using my ignition i had a seprate one someone installed so i used that one and to open the doors i use oribibal keys was dtivibig it a while andvall of the sudden the hazards start flashing and car cuts out
This video is super old now but im going to try this as well as im having the same issues with my 2003 but the best part of the video is how many GROWN adults dont listen to what you said or typed in the comments and they all just keep saying the same thing lol. "This is not a bypass. Your car will be stolen. " lol WHO CARES!? Im doing the same thing. The car is 21 years old. They steal it ill just report it stolen and take my losses but ill enjoy it while it lasts
Car's not likely to be stolen as no one will know. Still not a bypass, a hack or workaround is a better description. Like saying leaving the door unlocked is a "bypass" to unlocking the door.
Brilliant! Im gonna do the same thing with my Nissan NV200!
Se seu carro ficar no sol e o painel esquentar . Vai derreter esta cola e se este chip cair para dentro do painel Nem Jusus Cristo Liga este seu carro 🤣
❤😂❤
Nissan key hardbody key programming
😂 not a bypass chip is still there.Bypass means no chip
Nice and simple hack!
Ok my 05 altima ser has 1 chipped key. Currently the steering wheel is locked and key will not turn either. I have no one to help with this so im about to try this. Wish me luck cause if it dont work i do not have 300 for a new key.
I don't have this car anymore but I think if you applied pressure to the steering wheel while trying to start the car it should disengage the steering lock
And then car gets stolen.. your name should be on genus book of records. 1:54
Thanks for the import again if you watch the video you would see that I said it to beat her and I didn't care if it got stolen.
Help me please, i just lost my chip but i have the key and remote function is working for door open and close, do I need to remove that chip. Its mitsubishi mirage 2014. Help me please 😢
Just bought a car I think my key doesn’t have a chip but my car starts sometimes do I need to take it to the dealer and have them program keys for me?
What kind of car is it? And if it doesn't have a chip that might be a more complex computer system.
U think it's because the chip in the fob is next to the ignition
Good tip but just be aware if you try to start it with a second chipped key , it probably wont start because it will detect two microchips and will think someones trying to steal the car
That thought never crossed my mind cuz I only had the one chipped key.thanks for the heads up man!
@@mikechanic184 Technically a "second" chipped key should be the same as the original key which you showed worked fine. If the second key wasn't identical to the original it simply wouldn't work? 🤔
@@KevinHallSurfing Despite having the same frequency and whatnot; the two chips won't be synchronized and may even interfere directly with each other. Probably varies by brand
Not true I've sold new cars with 2 sets of keys and 2 key fobs it will still work
The second key isnt programmed yet so it isnt sending out any information.
IT WORKED FOR ME TOOO!!!! Omg definitely saved me a couple of hundred dollars from having to buy a key have it programmed and all that bullshit so thank you so much for the video man great trick saved me so much money$$$$$$$
No problem. Glad it work out for you!!!!
I will try first thing in the morning.
This is not a bypass...you are relocating the transponder, you are not bypassing it.
Yes it is bypass, bypass the dealer/locksmith outrageous fees.
@@herewegoagain4041 lol
It's a workaround from getting multiple transponders. Still an issue if the transponder falls of for whatever reason. Some cars you can bypass by putting a resistor in line.
Good one
I have a 2010 Nissan Qashqai, took the ignition barrel fully apart(broke a filer end in. Due to difficult key remove had to file the inside) I have disconnected the battery so my airbag wont go off. Anyway, since I have built all together, central locking stopped working not even the inside switch and vehicle wont turn over not even dash lights are on when turning the key ?!? Anybody could help please ? Thank you
Yes and that's misrepresentation
Do you have to remove chip from key, or could you just secure key around the ignition switch? I like your ideal, but would rather not remove from key, old key doesn't have key fob, new key does. This is used 2010 Nissan Titan, buying keys from Amazon and programming the fob is easy on a Titan, but starting vehicle requires programmed key, that deal told me $170 each.
Someone else posted you will need to test. Some ignitions are particular about the location of the chip and some just need to be near the ignition. Most unlocking remotes can be programmed in the car, but have nothing to do with starting the car.
I don't get it why did ya get a key made if the key off the car starts it aswell😂
Will any chip work for that meaning can I have any Nissan key and take the chip out and do that
As long as it's the chip that's programmed for the ignition it should work out fine for you.
Thanks man ! Worked great on my 2002 Nissan sentra ser spec v
Glad it worked out for you.!!!
They make a sentra ser? Is it a sport packaged car also?
@@stacymilligan5253 yes it's a sporty sentra with a 2.5 engine and a 6 speed manual and seats out of a nissan skyline
Can you explain why it works wen chip is placed next to antenna and not Wen in key it's not that far away am aving trouble with my car that's bin stud a few years
So basically you just made your car very easy to steal , good work , would you rather spend 80 bucks or buy a new car , at least you keep auto thieves working , without you they would have nothing to do.
Haha thanks for watching.
A little dramatic there bud. Do you make a living programming keys or what?
@@longshot5866 no I do not.
@@longshot5866 Lmaooooo...
@@mikechanic184 How would a car theif know you'd done this. ignore the critics, great video
I just did this because I bought a used car with one key and the dealer wanted like $300.
Thats awesome glad it worked out for you.
The ring that you put is steal ,cooper or a magnet
The ignition surround is plastic.
Smart man!!! I like the way you think!!!
Thanks man.
STUPID QUESTION: Does the transponder not need a battery to send a signal to the ring? I have this exact problem with a 1997 Mercedes S500 - but the transponder is housed inside the FOB that has a battery. Thanks
Wanted to ask the same question.
my hero
Thanks dude ,
What if you don't have the original key only the spare? I have a 2003 chrysler town and country my ignition key got lost I can't afford dealership prices and I can't get my van to move
Unplug the transponder box under the steering wheel
Damn it. Ok then what do you do if you don't have a key with that chip???
At that point I think you have to have one programmed
Sydney Australia. Only have one key from dealer when I bought it. The local Subaru dealer wanted KEY $417.85 CUT: $44 CODING: $88 plus $170 to "read" the ECU. That's AUD $ 719 all up. What a joke.
Yea man. They're dirty rip off bastards.
That's so wrong.
@@stacymilligan5253 Rip off. I purchased one from China for AUD $20.62 (about US $15) including shipping thinking probably a fake but have a blank to get into the car at least and it worked. 😮Is identical in shape and had the correct 3 Button 43hz 4D-62chip for my Subaru Outback 2007 as advertised. 😍
@@KevinHallSurfing Look up on Google to see if there are vehicle locksmiths local to you. They may be able to get the china key working (but most won't cut the blade)
@@KevinHallSurfing Key coding is different to the remote. I can buy a cheap remote and code it in the car for my Tiida, but the key will cost about $100 because the chip in the key needs programming through the ECU.
Whats the point? You got a key with chip. You haven't bypassed anything. Misleading title, not helpful to anyone who lost the one and only key.
can you bypass the immobilizer without the key to your car?
I'm sure there's a way you can do it but basically at that point I'd be telling you how to steal a car this is just a quick tip to save you some dollars
@@mikechanic184I need help someone tried to steal my Nissan and took the immobilizer out I just want to be able to start my car and talk it to the Nissan dealer
@@mikechanic184I have the original key

Thats not a bypass. You're still using the chip to start it.
You are correct
