Esta presentación revisará brevemente los resultados de una encuesta realizada a adultos con CHARGE sobre sus necesidades más urgentes y áreas de apoyo. La discusión incluirá posibles formas de prepararse para la transición a la edad adulta, incluidos planes de transición en la escuela secundaria, luego de la escuela, apoyo de salud mental y necesidades físicas/de salud en la edad adulta.
