Okay girl I got you, easy! 1 lb ground beef in a pan, when it’s done cooking add half a cup of chopped onion (yellow, red, or white), add half a cup of chopped tomatoes, add chili seasoning packet combine until bubbling. Then add 1 can of drained kidney beans, 1 can of drained black beans and stir well. Then add 1 small can of tomato sauce cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes on low. Meantime make a pot of steamed rice. When it’s all done serve the quick chili beans over steamed rice and ENJOY!!! The family will love. I make huge pots of this, never any leftovers. Quick tip if you want you can add garlic powder and cumin to the pot with the chili packet but most of the time it’s enough flavor. Up to you🩷🩷🩷

My mother begged me to go out with this guy in high school, we were definitely from different cliques had different interests etc.. i had seen him he wasn't ugly he wasn't extremely handsome but he wasn't someone i wasn't willing to give a chance. The day of said date i found out from his little sister that they were siblings (which I had no clue they were related). Well I knew the little sister because her dad was my moms boss so I got a weird vibe from that not being divulged previously idk why it just didnt sit right with me. Not much I could do since it was now day of the date. So I roll with it, no idea his exact plans but i made it known i wanted to be back home by a certain time. He proceeds to take me to a carwash where he starts cleaning out his car which was already close to immaculate, he does the dashboard,the windshield inside then proceeds to get the out side washed. Well while he is getting everything put back up he gets in the drivers seat and have mercy I get a close look as he's putting his supplies in the back seat at his ears and I cannot explain in words the size & amount of black heads this man had in the one ear I saw. He turned back around and bless his heart his orher ear was just as full. I was thinking you care about how clean your already clean xar is but not them ears after that it was a No Ma'am for me. I made an excuse to get home soon and as hes dropping me off not only did he get his kiss denied but also told me he hoped we could be prom dates. I dont remember what I said but it added up to no. It was so very awkward.

your form is great for the initiation of the movement! on the KBS, it helps me to think of the arms as just chains attached to the weight. they’re not actually doing the moving, they’re just holding on tight. your HIPS are what should be the power/force here. I know it’s crude, but imagine you’re at the club and someone just smacked you on the behind and you’re jumping away in shock! THAT hip extension will start to make the KB swing, and you arms are just following thru

A lot of exercises have similar names so I’m not sure if what you looking to do is what I know as kettlebell swings but what I know them as includes a squatting motion followed by an explosive standing motion. You don’t actually lift the bell with your arms rather the momentum of your squat does that for you and you just let it swing up. Hope this is helpful 🎉
