@ Have never seen that . As a last resort, turn off all power to the DVR for 30 seconds. Turn the power back on and see if the DVR reboots to normal. Couple of questions...is your system "out of the box" ready to go or did you buy it and put in a different hard drive??
Put your mouse cursor in the lower right corner of your screen. Right click mouse. Select MULTI from the pop-up window. Click on MULTI.....select number of screens you want.
The only recourse you have is to change the disk/harddrive ...or ...reboot the entire system....power off....wait 15 seconds....restart . If that fails you better contact the manufactuer
I have a zosi system with 1TB disk and it is full and will no longer rewrite new videos. I tried to reformat it to clean it up and free up space. I am getting a Failed To Format The Disk error. Any suggestions? Zosi CS has been no help so far.

Need more info.....Is the system operating ? Are you searching for video recorded two days ago or you not seeing anything on the monitor....for example real time video?. Have you formatted the disk?..If you have........ everything on that disk has been deleted and will start to record all new info the moment you exit the system. If you have NOT formatted the disk all the video for the past days should be available. If it is not available, then the HD drive could be at fault (replace), or you are not trying to view the recorded video with the correct procedure.
The only way that I know how to delete a sequence would be to format the hard drive but in doing that you will lose all data......you will be starting at zero when the system is turned back on

did you have an issu when i go to playback and try to wach the last 24 hours footage it's says no data found..-.- but i can see the movement detection footage after like 30 second it's says no data found -.-

kayndee2011 it did say that and still did not work. I ended up unplugging the whole system and plugging everything back in and it let me format it and free up some space. Thanks for the reply.
All my cameras are hardwired to the DVR. The DVR is hardwired to my modem. The ZOSI app allows you to see, in real time, no matter where you are what the cameras are seeing

I replaced my 1TB with a 12tb but it is only showing 2tb free and 10tb are full… any help will be appreciated…
How do you make it so that only 4 channels show i have only 4 cameras and thw extra 4 screens keep popping up

I’m just trying to delete a specific event from my camera system, is there a way to do that?

Go to about 1:25 of the video and ensure your disk is is at READ and WRITE and then follow the instructions for formatting your disk

No... I only did it to ensure my privacy at my residence, other wise you would see what the cameras are seeing
