Why is wash and dry not recommended?
I was wondering too, we're travelling so any time saved is a blessing. Getting them at least partially dried by the machine would be a big help. Unless it damages the clothes of course.

Thank you for asking. The chemical drain cleaners in the vedio is パイプユニッシュ in Japanese. This is not Kanji but Katakana. Pronunciation is "paipu unissh".
