Good question. We try to send 1 nurture email at least every other month. We then make phone calls regularly until we reach a decision maker. From there, it depends on how "hot" the lead is at any given time.

Here's another one: the CEO should focus both on short-term goals and long-term goals. Most CEOs are overwhelmed with putting out fires & worrying only about how to stay afloat most of the time that they don't focus on long-term plans. This explains why only less that .01% start a business to build a large successful business as opposed to the rest starting a business only to go bankrupt in a few years. Most of the time these CEOs dominate communication & don't listen to anyone who says anything rational or logical.
