Nice car. Love the humour. Re the heavy steering, is your steering wheel smaller than standard? If so, that will make it heavier than it should be. I have a Mk2 with no power steering and standard wheel and it's fine.

I used to have the saloon car version of this. 1300 GL. He needs to fix the oil leak as that was what killed mine as it caught fire. The oil leak he has on that is the rocker cover gasket. It’s literally a 5 minute job. Mine died at about the 85k mark so be warned. That being said there’s only 1 Polo classic GL left on the road now and I still miss mine.

Nice choice on the wheels, my dad has a mk2 driver with a set of ronal ls wheels. When we first picked it up I thought they were cheap bbs reps so i chucked them on marketplace for dirt cheap then realised they're actually quite sought after. Just found your channel, keep up the good stuff!

Poor old Fiesta. Not sure if it’s Sunburst Red or not. I can’t remember them making it ithat colour. Just checked the paint codes and yep, it’s there! Along with Imperial Red. I had an “A reg” mk3 Escort in Sunburst Red.great memories!
