Famous ARCHITECTS who were great ARTISTS too:- Le Corbusier - Architect, designer, painter, urban planner, and writer Le Corbusier was of Swiss-French origin and recognized as one of the forerunners of modern architecture. Zaha Hadid - Although most people are aware with her architectural work, the dame is also renowned for her original paintings and artwork ideas. Ludwig Mies van der Rohe - In addition to being a leading proponent of modernist architecture, Mies was a talented painter who believed in the power of art to inspire, or rather, to be fundamental to the built world. Frank Lloyd Wright - Wright's sculptures and meticulous attention to detail are extensive and captivating. In the meantime, the watercolor and illustrative works that he used to support his ideas are tasteful and exquisite. BV Doshi - The relationship between the material constructed environment and the intangible history, culture, and customs is made clear by the first Indian Pritzker Laureate through graphic drawings. His paintings use vibrant colors and symbolic elements to tell us a story that is reminiscent of a fable about the real India. #architecture #art #artist Are you interested in building your career as an ARTIST?

Architecture is one of the many areas that artificial intelligence (AI) has been transforming. By utilizing AI, architects may improve, automate, and optimize a number of processes in the architectural workflow, which will result in more creative designs, well-informed decisions, and sustainable architecture. Better and more sustainable designs are produced by combining human sensitivity with computational efficiency in architectural AI. By using AI technology, architects may optimize, automate, and improve different areas of the architectural flow, leading to more creative designs, better decision-making, and sustainable building practices. Do you think about its positive and negative impacts? #architecture #architect #ai #artificialintelligence #archdaily #archilovers #architecturephotography #architecturestudent #architecturedesign #archviz #architecturelovers #interiors #interiordesign #interiorstyling #design #designer #decor #india

5 Tips for ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHY: 1. Maintain 90-degree vertical lines. - People expect to see areas from a level viewpoint. In order to do this, the vertical lines must remain 90 degrees from the horizontal frame. 2. Make enough illumination a priority. - Good lighting is something you should always prioritise while taking pictures. Excellent architectural lighting shapes one's perception of what is significant in that particular architectural project by drawing attention to a space, a particular structure, or an ambiance. 3. Take pictures in a range of weather and light settings. - If you want to get some golden tones, window reflections, and long shadows, try taking pictures at sunrise or sunset. Alternatively, go at night to take pictures of the building under artificial lights. 4. Use tilt-shift lens - There are two key advantages of using a tilt-shift lens in architecture photography. First, as will be shown later, it aids in perspective correction. Second, a lenticular lens will make an excellent tilt-shift lens. Whereas lenticular lenses maintain consecutive lines straight with little distortion, fisheye lenses bend straight lines. 5. Make thoughtful angles - Not only can playing with perspective be amusing, but it may also yield great rewards. Finding an alternative viewpoint for a photograph can reveal an underappreciated form or abstraction of a building's detail, which could elevate the image to a new plane of beauty and form appreciation. #architecturephotography #architecture #architect #photography #photooftheday #photogram #photo #archdaily #archilovers #architecturedesign #architecturelovers #design #designer #interiordesign #india #travels #travel #travelphotography Do you have interest in ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHY?

5 Drafting Hacks that every Architecture Student must know:- 1. Alcohol Printing - To trace a picture in color, print it off. Scatter rubbing alcohol over the print after placing it face down on your sheet. Ink from the printer will be transferred onto the paper, giving the impression that it is a watercolor sketch. Using a fine-line pen, start drawing on top of it. (By Llyan Austria) 2. Tape your ruler to avoid Smudging - Take out a piece of paper, tape, cardboard, or anything else you can find. Place it on your ruler's reverse side. Cover it with tape. (Kyle Sinko) 3. Cover your drawing with a textured surface - Place something textured underneath your drawing sheet. To make this texture appear as a texture on your page, draw on the sheet. Drawing textures of concrete, wood, brick, grass, or whatever else you choose is a terrific use for this. When drafting, you can use this to your extreme creativity. (Surviving Architecture) 4. Cutting Mat - Use a cutting mat when making your model to avoid scratching the surfaces of table. 5. Detail your Model - Details your model with trees, people and textures to keep it more engaging for the jury. #architecture #architect #archdaily #archilovers #architecturephotography #interiordesign #interiordesigner #interiors #design #architecturaldigest #architecturelovers #architecturestudent #interior #designer #india How many hacks did you know?

6 Stunning Green Roof projects that every Architect must be aware about: 1. CopenHill, Denmark - Aims to house Denmark's first ski slope, be the tallest and largest skyscraper in Copenhagen, become the cleanest waste-to-energy plant in the world, and release its CO2 emissions in the form of abrupt, exploding smoke rings. 2. SUND Nature Park - SUND Nature Park is cutting edge when it comes to climate adaptation and sustainability. The park is built to withstand the strongest cloudbursts without flooding the nearby homes or roadways. As a result, all of the rainwater that falls on the park, the building, and the many green roofs is gathered and organically purified in the park and enormous subterranean reservoirs. Here, it is recycled for the building's greywater system and park irrigation. 3. Ewha Womans University, South Korea - You can stroll back along the rooftops, which begin at the site's highest point and gradually descend via winding gardens to the lowest point, which is where the previous valley slope starts. You can move fluidly from the ground to the roof and back again. 4. Salesforce Transit Center - A rooftop park spanning 2.2 hectares (5.4 acres) is part of the creative and environmental design, which will serve as a focal point for the development of a new mixed-use neighborhood. 5. Building 12 Qplex - Since public parks naturally function as hubs of the community, this concept serves as the foundation. In addition, parks provide an opportunity to create a strong visual impression on a city size, all the while fostering a sense of identity and connection among visitors. 6. Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) - The building's main feature, which ranges in height from two to five stories, is its green roof, which slopes nearly at a 45-degree angle. The School of Art, Design, and Media's roof is made of two sloping, tapering arcs that interlock with a third, smaller arc. The reinforced concrete was cast with a lot of ribs. #architecture #architect #archdaily #interiors #interiordesign #design #designer #decor #architecturephotography #architecturestudent #archdigest #photography #archilovers Like them?

5 Essential Skills that everyone in ARCHITECTURE must have :- 1. Design Skills - Creating something that looks good is obviously crucial, but it also needs to be workable, viable, and customized to meet the needs and desires of your clients. Because of this, it's imperative to have a deep understanding of design principles, such as how to strike a balance between utility and aesthetics-a skilled architect will always be able to do this. 2. Communication Skill - You don't have to be a natural speaker, but you do need to be able to express yourself clearly and succinctly enough to make your point. Since the success of a project greatly depends on your ability to communicate, it is likely that as an architect you will make presentations and sell ideas to clients. 3. Problem-solving - Architects encounter a variety of challenges, including difficulties pertaining to design and law. To prevent project delays, a skilled architect should find prompt and effective solutions to these problems. 4. Teamwork - When it comes to collaboration, an architect's ability to get along with people is a valuable skill. Even if you might work alone on the most of the design, you will always need to communicate with the following individuals: The construction team, whether guaranteeing adherence to your designs or addressing material availability and cost, your internal team, whether creating drawings for an ongoing activity or pitching contracts to new clients 5. Legal Knowledge - Legal expertise is also essential. You are, of course, allowed to devise brilliant construction concepts. But, having a fantastic idea is useless if they don't actually adhere to the building laws, regulations, and policies. #architecture #architect #archdaily #archilovers #architecturephotography #architecturestudent #archviz #architecturedesign #interiors #interiordesign #interiorstyling #interiordecor #interiordesigner #india #interior Do you have it all?

Developing strong connections is essential for achieving success in the architecture sector. Through networking, architects can make connections with future partners and mentors who can help them advance their careers in addition to possible clients. Events and conferences are announced on websites, in newsletters, on social media, and through word-of-mouth. 2. Establish a presence digitally - To present your work, exchange ideas, and establish connections with possible partners, clients, and collaborators, you can make use of a variety of tools and platforms. 3. I recently visited one of my good friends' office, who is an Ar & Urban Planner, Ar. Jasleen Kathpal. Being a mother of two little kids and boss of her own firm, she has designed a space for her kids in the office where they can eat, play and sleep. She knows that Architecture can be a stressful profession both for the boss and the staff, so she has incorporated the pool table. She discusses and takes updates of the project not only at her table but while also playing. The design of her office embraces the aesthetic values and functionality. Ar. Jasleen along with her team is dedicated to delivering exceptional architectural solutions that reflect a person’s unique vision, ensuring each project is a seamless blend of creativity, functionality, and innovation. One of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stays. Whenever we are designing a place for the people coming for a vacation, it becomes utmost important to provide them the comfort. As an Architect or Designer, that comfort can be provided by using the materials that soothes the mind of someone coming for the vacation. Another point that needs to be taken care of is the landscaping. Landscaping has many roles to play like sustainability and leisure. You don't always need an extravaganza budget to provide comfort and leisure to a guest, it can be through the little elements too. Loved my stay over here. @amarys_manali ♥️ Thank you for having us. #architecture #architect #interiors #interiordesign #interior #design #designer #decor #architecturephotography #photooftheday #photogram #photography #photo #india #travelphotography #travel #traveler #traveling

Top 5 ARCHITECTURE trends in 2024: 1. Prefabricated and Modular Construction - 2024 will see a rise in the use of prefabricated and modular building techniques due to their sustainability and efficiency. Precision-engineered, off-site produced components are used in the construction of homes to minimize waste and shorten construction times. 2. Adaptive Reuse and Renovation - Repurposing and renovating existing buildings to create lively, environmentally friendly environments redefines architectural techniques. By using this method, architects can revitalize historic structures and guarantee that significant historical aspects are maintained while still accommodating contemporary requirements. 3. Indoor gardens, living walls, and green roofs are a few examples of this. Architects may help building inhabitants feel more at ease and productive by bringing nature indoors. 4. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in Design - In 2024, the usage of AR and VR in architectural design has increased, providing homeowners with immersive experiences prior to the start of building. Residents can use virtual walkthroughs to see their houses in great detail and make well-informed selections regarding finishing, layouts, and design components. 5.
