All American Travels is a channel with a variety of content all centered around two main themes: travel and history! The main videos feature me exploring various locations, while some other videos will feature drone footage, ships, model building, history, games and photography! Why aren’t the doors shiny enough to see your reflection?
I’m afraid I don’t for certain. My guesses are they were never that reflective to begin with, or they’ve faded to the point where seeing your reflection is no longer possible. The ship is 80 years old.

It looks fantastic! glad you brought up my little nerdy detail! but one thing, Olympic's roof over the bridge was painted white in 1911. But otherwise great!

Houma people are generally fun and honest... not like those creepy psychos in the River Parishes and Thibodaux. Funny how two towns so close together, and sharing a common history, can be so different. It's Cajun but it's got a healthy dose of mid-America _sanity,_ though those people out in Gibson and DuLarge are straight out of a Stephen King novel! And Houma does a KILLER Mardi Gras. Hopefully they'll be able to reign in the drug epidemic and frightening crime rate.
Is there reason why you are using CA glue instead of regular cement for polystyrene which "melts" the parts to each other? I found connections made with CA sometimes become brittle and even break under load while properly cemented parts will stick together forever.
I prefer the quick drying of the other glue and it makes a stronger bond than the cement. I was also having issues where I was having to use so much cement that it was disfiguring some pieces and they still wouldn’t hold together. I have started using it again recently though with better results.
@@allamericantravels That are some valid points for the useage of CA glue. But sometimes it can also an advantage if the connection is somewhat reversible in the first minutes when one must realize that one has glued the wrong parts together... ;-)

How did you get the stickers off of the thing they come on. I can’t get mine off.
They’re slide on decals. Cut each individual one off of the sheet, put them in warm water with a little dish detergent in the water. I’d recommend finding a video about waterslide decals so you can see how someone does it.
