Here’s the breakdown:
✅ 4 x 800m reps at threshold effort (RPE 7-8 out of 10): This pace feels “comfortably hard” and will test your ability to sustain a strong rhythm.
✅ 2 x 400m reps just over threshold effort (RPE 8-9 out of 10): These shorter reps will crank up the intensity, sharpening your speed and power.
✅ Recovery: Take a 2-minute jog/ walk between reps

Do you know what Stu, when I checked the weather the Thursday before, it was forecast to be heavy rain between 6-7pm on Monday 😬. Thankfully, that changed and it turned out to be pretty glorious. 🙏🏼🤣
