Very nice song!
Beautiful song, glad to hear it now 😊
Thnks an unusual release for Chess/Checker,wonder what the distributors made of this on that label.
yeah great...
Stomper!
Oh ooo wow oh🌹velvet🌈
I wanna go THAT county jail.
❤❤love this 😢
Charles was my grandfather. Is it possible to get a digital copy of this and his other song?
Hey..nice to hear from you. Sure it’s possible.
@@BullSession45rpm ok how can i go about getting them? that would be awesome.
@@BullSession45rpm i have tried putting it in and it keeps getting deleted automatically i suppose. do you have an email address that i could reach you at? or is there some way i can message you through youtube with my email address?
i use google's service and the first part of the address is snakex50.
Ooo 💃💃💃💃LOL VELVET 🌈
OH OH🌹💃💃💃💃WOW YES YES🌹VELVET 🌈
Johnny Sea (actually Seay) undoubtedly would have had a bigger career if he hadn’t sounded exactly like Johnny Cash. The typical Cash sound of the band here didn’t help.
I agree with you.
Yeah, I remember when run around sue. and cheating Kathleen were running around together, making us guys 😢look like fools and breaking our hearts.
Warren Smith in 1960 did good on this one too.
Check out Joe Carson too he was good in 64 unfortunately did bad in a car crash he passed away
Thanks for the tip. I didn’t know that. Here he is a live performance. ruclips.net/video/gptgIoNqnCw/видео.htmlsi=FbpV8iU2CaiPU5Q7
Honk it Earl
Wanted Rob Squad To Hear This

Very Beautiful song by Bobby Barnett
I love this song my first time hearing this reminds me of George Jones Love Bug
First time hearing this one 😂
better then never 😂
Здорово 👍
I hear some Gram Parsons vibes in his voice.
I thought he was a really good country singer he toured with the kitty Wells show for a long time but then not sure what happened
Bill Phillips (January 28, 1936 - August 23, 2010) was an American country music singer. He was born in Canton, North Carolina, and his professional music career started with the Old Southern Jamboree on WMIL in Miami in 1955. He moved to Nashville in 1957 and worked with Johnnie Wright and Kitty Wells until the late 1970s. His biggest recording was entitled "Put It Off Until Tomorrow" which peaked on the country charts at No. 6 on April 2, 1966. The Decca recording featured uncredited harmony vocals by the song's composer, a very young and then little known Dolly Parton.
Are you definitely know your country you're right
The man explained that to me too was Boxcar Willie he was on his way to make the movie sweet dreams he only play the small part the old guy in the jail
OH OH BEAUTIFUL❤️VELVET🌈
What a great recording. Never heard it before.
Excellent 😀

Excellent 😀
Met him in Sweden a few years ago, so good❤
This is my great grandfather
I'm always happy when relatives get in touch. Your grandfather made a really great recording here. I hope he is ok? Is he still active in music.
That's a real badass song
Oh yes. Every line of the song.
Funny lyrics when you are not those shoes
Real rockabilly
Good . And take note on the label the identity of one of the co-writers .....
you mean Dolly Parton ?
@@BullSession45rpm Correct .
Shorty does Wynn with Ralph's assistance
This song is sad !😢
Talk about telling it like it is....WOW ❤
Nice! ❤
Love it! ❤
Great 👍
A gem pops up, once in a while even now, even though we've thought we've heard it all, got it in favs, and listen regularly.
What a great track! I don't know a thing about this artist, but this feels like the Bakersfield sound, something in common with Buck Owens stylistically.
"Marie St. John" is another great one by him, and one of my favorite country records. I don't know much about him either but I'm checking out some of his other tunes.
I have nearly all of the 45's on this label. Good addition!
