They have to have their notifications turned on for your closet ...I don't think there's a way to do it from our end

They do have drop off locations (not branches but usually, convenience stores or other places like that) so not sure if that would help at all!

@thriftythreadsneedles thank you so much for responding! I checked their drop off locations in ontario unfortunately i haven't seen any in my area. I like in sarnia ontario. Do u mind having another look for me maybe i missed something?

I use stallion express to buy my shipping labels when I sell on EBAY but poshmark gives you labels to ship your items when you sell something on that platform

Yes you can by going to the home tab and sort by oldest to newest and it should organize it by the date

There are other companies that work similarly to stallion that have cheaper shipping rates. Have you tried chit chats?

Yes I had to email them and tell them I'm selling from canada and they asked me to forward a bill with my Canadian address and name

I've found recently that they've been taking awhile to start tracking as well..it used to start tracking same day once their warehouse received it. Not sure if this is a temp thing or not. If you go under your shipments and click problems "shipping but not tracking" I find the package starts tracking faster.

Yes! They always want batch labels so the status should change from "pending" to "ready"

You have to email posh and say you're selling from canada. I had to send them a current bill that shows my Canadian address on it for them to confirm.

It was something that they changed recently as they stopped sending me my shipping labels even though I've been om the platform for a few years already!

I usually put the sales price in USD and then a separate column when I actually cash it out for the current exchange rate. Hope that helps!

This happened to me too! Contact posh support and they they'll ask you for a bill validating your name and address to confirm you reside outside of the US. It still hasn't been resolved for me and I inquired last week thurs or Fri. Hopefully it'll be soon cause I'm getting shipping reminders to send my stuff out. I just messaged my buyers saying I'm waiting to get my labels emailed

@@thriftythreadsneedles eventually the app will ask for passport or drivers license but they don’t accept Canadian drivers licenses. I emailed them last week as well but no one has gotten back to me to fix the problem

Are you using stallion? There's a section on the main page where you can find "my US address" and you just use that

You don't have to print a new label to attach it to your package. You put the usps shipping label that you print from PM on your package and you enter the tracking info from that label into your manifest info on the third party's website. You only need to pay for the delivery fee instead of paying for a brand new label

I've also noticed that sometimes when I'm searching, the search starts a few rows down the top of the search as well...have you ever noticed that? I need to scroll up to actually get to the top

Oh really? Did they mention why there was a delay? If they plan on issuing more soon I would just hold off on transferring any funds to a different account unless you have another plan in place

@@thriftythreadsneedles there was no reason behind the delay it just says they've stopped issuing personal bank accounts right now. I'm just going to use PayPal until it gets resolved!

@@genbee350 didn't it say to update your banking details... with a new account? or will they be pausing receiving usd to the currently existing us accounts ? (asking as a canadian). because i looked at the details and it says: "current us account" and "past us account". but i dont see a label for "new us account"

@@xoxjelloxox I'm in Canada too trying to set up a new USD account It says we've temporarily stopped issuing USD account details to new personal Wise accounts. We're working to fix this as soon as possible. If you already have one it doesn't apply to you. When you sign up click on where it says no account details are available yet under USD balance and scroll down the page and in tiny italics at the bottom it says they are pausing accounts.

@@thriftythreadsneedles Hi did you get a notification for US poshmark to update your information ex. name address, phone number? i tried entering my shipping info but it didn't work... did you encounter this problem?

I always thought the Canadian shipping rates were really high being 13.49 but it would actually cost closer to $20 shipping something from Ontario to BC let's say. I think they should have kept the Purolator options to allow for the cheaper rates ... the issue back then was the PO box issue. The US has it so much better!

Yes it still works. I just ordered some a week ago and got them. You just need to make a free business account it will ask for a credit card but it won't charge you anything for the labels.

I'm not sure if they took it away or not.. it seemed too complicated as a feature and everyone I talked to never used it

Once you get to the last step, there's a button that pops up to print the label

Yeah I only tried it the one time and forgot about it...I didn't see it as a time saver at all

@@thriftythreadsneedles I started a thread in the poshmark facebook group... basically asking for anyone to upload a working excel sheet that was successful ( preferably photos from computer model... but anything at this point would be great.) So far nobody has. There is nothing to risk since it doesn't have any private account info... and even the item example can be simply a made up item... if We all can just get to a mass upload of drafts... then we all could benefit. Im not posting to poshmark till its resolved. Everything is going to ebay... the larger market anyway.

After signing up on stallion or whatever third party you're using, you can link your ebay account to the shipping company and they update the tracking number onto your ebay account. Some shipping rates will automatically upload and track (ie. Usps) but if they are using their own shipping carrier, you can just manually upload the tracking number onto your ebay sale. As long as you have a tracking number, you have proof of your shipment

@@thriftythreadsneedles Thank you for your amazing response! Are you sure Stallion is legit legit? I'm still a little confused on how it benefits them. How do they make their money? Also, why don't many people know about this or inform it to others?

@winewnek yes it's legit! I've been using their services for years. It benefits them because they charge a low fee for them to deliver the packages across the border. It definitely would add up based on how many they deliver each time they cross. Stallion is mainly in the GTA and some other areas but there are other companies that provide the same service

I just need to find better ones!
