Does anyone know how the wifi works ? It seems to give out a password which infers its a internet provider, but it clearly it needs to connect to the internet i cant seem to figure out what it is trying to do

This camera does not have timelapse or slowmotion and eis does not work.

this ad sucks, since it only shows the camera, but not the videos taken with the camera. the image quality is good at low motion, but for high motion the shutter speed is too low, but it has to be due to the small sensor. the 170° FOV they claim on amazon is fake though, and the 4K is just upscaled 1080p, but that's ok for 100 bucks since all the budget cameras exaggerate their specs. the wolfang ad team could have done a better job though, since you can produce good videos with it if you know how, but if i only saw this ad i wouldn't buy it since showing only the camera and no footage is suspicious to the highest order. at watch?v=0UaVS6mNq1A you can see some low motion video taken with the camera, and at watch?v=aiAVEVZY0TU one with high motion, which is the most important thing about a camera, not how the camera itself looks when photographed with a different camera 🤡

Is the remote control waterproof?

I purchased this GA420 a couple of days ago. Video is amazing at 2.7K and below. 4K 30 fps very good but struggles with 4K 60fps. No problem for me as 2.7 is amazing and 1080p 60fps also amazing. The EIS seems to work well, but this is my first action cam so I don't really have anything to compare with. I recomend it so far. BUT. No charger comes with this unit and seems difficult to find one. The only charger on their website doesn't support the GA400/420 series.

Did I just get a dud GA400 camera because the first time I used my GA400 underwater, it leaked. I only had it 50cm underwater. I recommend to only use this camera underwater in its waterproof casing as it will leak and then just stop working

False advertising. This is not a waterproof camera. Don't use this camera underwater unless it's in its waterproof casing. It will leak. Mine leaked the first time I put it underwater (in 50cm of water). I saw lots of bubbles coming from my camera, which is never a good sign. Then the condensation appeared on the inside of the lens. Dried it out but camera won't never turn on again. Expensive disposable 1 time only use action camera
