HP PageWide Pro 552dw. Error 0x610000d3. Need a fix.

Hello, I have an HP printer that is throwing a code of: 0x610000d3
This happened when a thick stack of stapled paper was accidentally put into the paper tray. The paper was then fed into the rollers and jammed it. Once I removed the paper tray, I could remove the jammed paper. But now the printer gives an error message. I tried resetting the printer using the LCD screen, but that did not do anything.
I searched for a fix. It seems like it might be a worm gear. But I'm not sure if that's true, or which one is broken.
Any idea what the issue might be?
