Brilliant Slides now incorporating the System Work Packaging so essential for manufacturing plant and more complex building and public infrastructure projects.
This is an exceptionally well research and well prepared presentation on AWP at the executional and delivery phase. I learned a great deal more than the usual AWP steps involving on EWP, CWP, IWP and no more. The graphics on the interrelation between IWP Constraints and SWP for CSU made it so easy to visualise and understand how they work and sequence amongst themselves.
I have a quick question. so what is the current trend of Integrated Project Delivery 2021? Covid kinda screwed up
