i was playing on 66 tick servers when i was 12 years old on cs1.6 - for gaming to have come this far and call of duty to only be providing 10 and 20 tick servers is a fucking joke

Unfortunately you just can't compare CS/Val to COD. My team tried playing competitive promod Call of Duty for years, but it was just a trash experience as a PC player. COD is a casual game, if you take it as seriously as comp FPS games you're destined for disappointment.

No matter how many of the vids ppl make or the tweets yall send, CoD will always be casual; grow up & stop making a video game your whole personality! The money is in the casuals.

I think they're heavily focused on campaign as well as the overall story of each COD title. And quite possibly, they put the same people in charge of the story development in charge of the PvP aspect.

It’s always been a casual FPS, streamers, requesting ranked play turned the game into sweats and constantly complain about features. People for years complain about not getting new maps. Got new maps and didn’t like them. Now they want OG maps back. 😂 Just a toxic community

people can hate on RIOT for league and valorant all day but at the end they care way more about the quality of gameplay and how much more stable servers are speaks volumes and theyre fucking free to play and arent pay to win (not so sure about valorant cuz its not my cup of tea but league isnt pay to win)

That's why warzone and regular multiplayer feels so terrible to play. Warzone is unplayable for me. Ranked sucks too but it's less noticeable. Just play other games, cod sucks

Cod pros are so entitled to everything its crazy. Yes the league should have better communication but Cod is the only AAA game the pros have power in. Imagine in League of Legends, if teams cried every time Riot nerfed one of their champs. Pros need to stop complaining so much and just play, all the negative talks and them shitting on the game is making things worse. I thought I was going to like B06 (I did for the first month) and somehow found myself playing rocket league during the last COD 2XP. The grind for Grand Champ and knowing rocket league is not an easy game to hack is what got me playing it.

I quit playing couple months ago. There's way more games that are actually taken care of. Fuking Warframe has had my attention and that game is 10 years old and still going. Cod has to keep coming out with shit to keep players and they fail every time. I'm done with cod. Not wasting my time anymore. I'll play pacman before I play that shit anymore.

As a network engineer, cod servers are probably installed on Windows. Windows I/O is garbage. Also, they’re probably limiting bandwidth to their servers stored in Cloud services to save money. Cloud hosted servers are expensive
