No books...a few of RBE pdfs..then previous year mocks in Testbook... If you are a fresher, then better watch videos of Rakesh Yadav, Gagan pratap, Aditya Ranjan, abhinay sharma first for quant. You'll have some idea.

Both are required. If you go only with basics for every question , you'll run out of time and if you go only with tricks for every question there's a high chance that you'll get stuck in a few questions. So, learn both..both are useful...For me, I never followed any book for maths. Only previous year questions and mocks.

You are physically eligible means it can be taken care of afterwards. There was a PH candidate during our training, he did not have to jog or run but he had to follow all the routine like getting up early...going to the field and all...

@Dark_horse0 Thank you for the reply. But my condition doesn't come under PH. If I just provide medical documents will I be exempted from this jogging/running.

@@kiranr9895 haven't come across that sort of case till now but, if you provide medical documents then you'll be considered i think. Because, jogging and all are not at all necessary for this post...marching, saluting and shooting are a bit important..So, I think you'll have to do everything except for running/jogging. Since, I haven't come across any such conditions during my training..I don't have much idea about it..I have just shared my view on it.

@@Dark_horse0 if possible, could you speak with your training head or officer about how this kind of situations should be dealt? I’m from Andhra Pradesh and am considering GST or Customs Examiner to be based in my home state, as both involve police-like training. I’ve cleared Tier-1 and am about to appear for Tier-2, but this doubt is bothering me. Thank you.

In cgl 2024, Hyd has lesser vacancy compared to previous year i think. For UR, you should aim for 320+

@Dark_horse0 iam also preparing for cgl brother firstly I thought to take offline coaching but now decided to take online from subject wise I just need time table and books u practiced from

@ See, offline coaching is mainly for keeping you on track...if you are not able to maintain a proper time table, if you are losing focus every other day, then offline coaching helps you a bit in that scenario by letting you come to the classes on time and do your work. But, that's just during the class hour only, after coming home if you are again losing focus then, offline classes can't fix that...You are on your own in this journey. For me, I never took any offline classes to crack the exams...RUclips zindabaad tha, Zindabaad hai aur Zindabaad rahega...just keep yourself focused towards your goal. Until you achieve your goal, your maximum time should be invested towards achieving your goal.. I never followed any book for Quant and Reasoning although I bought one or two, never touched them..Shouldn't have bought, still wouldn't call it a waste of money. For English, I only followed Blackbook from Qmaths... Quant teachers I followed: Rakesh Yadav, Abhinay Maths, Gagan Pratap etc (all are on RUclips) Reasoning : Deepak Tirthyani, Kamal Chaabra, and some Banking Teachers English: Only Blackbook (my English is a bit better than other sections) GA: I am still a gadha in this one bro, so better I don't say anything about it 😄 (PARMAR SSC is currently the most popular one, follow him strictly..you'll get results) That's it.
