I have been making this & consuming it for more than a decade. It's a sure short medicine for heart health.

I tried for few months, this is hoax , I received many blockage in heart this week angiography. So friend it's just wishful thinking that it remove heart blockage. Be careful.

Heating other ingredients are ok but why not you adding lemon at last with honey? Because you will loose all benefits of lemon if heated Can someone guide on this
