Using weapons only from very hard. The trick at the end it is to watch the minimap and wait for the queen to be at the back side of the room. You'll see her dot pop up when you're about halfway down the hallway. When the time is right get up to the doorway, blow the obstacles to get maximum line of sight, toss your turrets in, and retreat up the hallway opposite the door. Kite the small monsters back until they're all dead. Be super careful, even the small ones can one-shot you. You'll see I got lucky they didn't. Then just pick off the Queen. If she DOES decide to shoot her acid, you can turn the corner and hide behind it. Don't get cocky during cleanup LOL!!!
