The 07-09 are my personal favourite, don't see many in Europe and UK at all. Super rare here and I absolutely love the way they look and with several suspension upgrades, they'll corner just fine and plant down the power

Theyre not gonma unlock the s650 unless ppl push back and stop buying them. Unless thier hand is forced ford aint gonna unlock shit. People are so asleep on this. You state its close because multiple options i think its the opposite this shows tuning aint coming and companies gave up and just sucked fords ass so they could have approved tuning because they know custom tuning aint coming.

None of it matters with locked down tuning the s650 is irrelevant. I don't think it's ever gonna have tuning it will continue like this where everyone has to suck ford's ass and do Ford approved tunes like whipple roush now pro charger.

No reason to think it's coming at all everyone is just asleep on this. It will continue just like this where you gotta use the bs tune and no good tuning like built motor stuff or e85 or none of that. It's been out way over a year and tuning is nowhere in sight. Don't hold your breath I don't think it's coming. Until people push back and stop buying the stupid s650 it will never be available

This is something i love about manuals. I never have to worry about my car upshifting on the hit and its always in the gear i want it to be in. I have the driver mod so im not worried about the small fraction shaved on shifts give me the manual every day of the week. Not to mention its 100x more fun to drive and its more respectatable when you go fast with a stick anyone can go fast w an auto.

That or dead even. The last times we raced and u pulled, it was even.. but we can go and go and go til u pass.. or get to a speed and end it. 120-130 is usually as far as I go. No reason to go much passed that

For anyone who wants to know. Having been through this evolution of tires on a turbo Mustang. Go with the Nitto NT555R2 drag radials. Those will hold 850hp on the roll pretty well. After that you'll need new wheels and run the MT ET Street R in 315/50/17 on the stock springs. Those will hold 1200 hp. on concrete.

I wish my car would hook on street tires. Even at a 60 roll it kicks sideways on the hit most times. Anything lower and it really spins. I have 305 wide nitto 555g2’s. My car isn’t even heavily modified either. Jlt cold air intake, 87mm tb, 1-7/8” longtubes, awe 3” stainless catback, circle d converter, tuned by palm beach on 93/flex/e85. My car is a pp1 10 speed so it has the 3.55’s idk if that’s the problem. I also have two nitrous kits but definitely can’t use even the small kit unless I’m on the drag pack. I’ve even got all the bmr irs braces/supports and bushing lockouts. My buddys 21 10 speed with 3.15 rear gears and similar mods would even hook fairly good from a dig on a street tire. My car initially hooks but soon as I get to the top of first gear they let go

I feel you man! I got an auto for the same reason. Don’t want to shift. I’m 42. Been there done that. My 2018 GT that I got like a month ago is everything I have ever dreamed of. I had an 88 GT with the T5 as a kid around 2000 till about 2010 when I sold it. Biggest regret ever. This new one I got rips with the automatic in any mode. I’m a straight line guy and there’s no reason to try to manually shift this automatic trans. Unless maybe you are on a road course or want to sound cool downshifting your automatic transmission. It does sound cool if you do it right. But usually you just look like an idiot. 😂 Thanks for the tips. The only thing I miss so far is putting in the clutch and revving the engine when I don’t want to go forward any faster. I guess I could put it in neutral but seems weird and I haven’t even tried that while rolling.
