I watch these videos and it's amazing how they draw in a bunch of disparate technologies, slap a name on them, take real dangers of those technologies both in terms of how they might be used maliciously and in terms of potential negative externalities - then presents it, alongside things that have been an issue for ages, as if its a cohesive threatening whole. Like for instance - along side CRISPR gene editing and AI data posioning they draw in the terrifying reality that uh... *checks notes* "the chinese" make or support organisations with good PR in order to meet their goals. Like uh... yeh you don't say, people try and make themselves look good so they get support - this def needs to be put in an umbrella term of the 'new' (obvs not so new now, 2 years is a long time in the 2020s) theatre of war. Like I love the term, it's sexy, its great marketing but every single thing I have watched about this topic is such ...bullshit. The concern I have mostly is that people will take the broader idea "THEY" are "attacking" our national "cognition" - as a reason to just like, put a bunch of extra funding and lending legitimacy for military operations aimed at modifying public opinion at home under the guise of "defense". And to me that seems... just as big of a threat to "democracy" as any foreign influences. Like not more of a threat - the exact same threat. Of course commercial organisations do this with impunity and ubiquitously - we just call it advertising. If defending against "cognitive warfare" could make advertising ineffective though... yeh that'd be a nice outcome. I still see no difference between this and infosec + psyops tho. There's no great leap here, no brand new space - this is the same stuff we've been dealing with since Berneys and even before that.
Like I am at the part of the video (after losing concentration and rewinding) that part of this "threat" is... normal diplomatic efforts by the Chinese state, the kind of normal diplomatic efforts every country with enough resources to do so does, that have been used since forever through providing services.
I get that if you see it as America vs the World this might seem... threatening, but I mean, its not new, it's not special, and really... other countries with other ideological perspectives really have the right to engage in propaganda or whatever - like... that's normal - I'd even argue good for humanity as a whole (let a thousand flowers bloom and all that...). Does social media make things more interesting and spicy, hell yeah, but its really nothing special or new here. And this is a way better way for countries to pursue their objectives than dropping bombs.
29:33 "Design the child", huh? The future will be nothing but men and robots. They plan on replacing us women with artificial wombs and robotics. I suspect all the psychotic "manosphere" propaganda and the 24/7 p0rn out there is meant to push men away from women, and towards each other and technology-- that way, there will be a vacuum to be filled with IVF and artificial wombs. The future will have no women. They will dehumanize us women in law before eradicating us. I notice many of the tech bros pushing their way into politics in the US want to eradicate all women's basic human rights, and essentially reduce us to breeding machines (for breeding experimentation as well), service machines and sources of organs and tissue for elite men to harvest and use for themselves-- to create designer bodies and everlasting life. These men "need" human bodies to experiment on, and as long as women have human rights, they won't be able to force us into being their lab specimens. Therefor, they want to eradicate our human rights to use our bodies. Many dominant religions already classify women as "evil, subhuman, commodities for men to use as they please", so this ideology won't get much pushback from religious entities, either. The tr-an-sh-um-ani-sts "need" cheap flesh to push their Frankenstein goals, and they plan on harvesting that flesh from women.
You have got it completely the wrong way around, It's men who are targeted now how can you not see that?

Thanks aunty
My name is Brandon Vasquez. Im from central Oklahoma. This technology is currently being used against me. Our thoughts are no longer private. Im being used to test these systems, against my will.
Me to! Cognitive war is here. V2k is real.
IIRC, Teddy Roosevelt was not the Secretary of the Navy, as asserted in the presentation; he was Assistant Secretary of the Navy.
The current UAF/UFO flap is directed to further sow distrust in the government in general. This and JFK has always been an ongoing and effective distraction technique.
Didn't jadehelm 15. Wasn't it described as dominating the human domain. UN trying to take out the people that aren't going to give America to them. I know your watching. Fuck you
Your adversories are not American citizens. Stop deploying this tech against against people within thd US borders. I know damn well you are doing it becuse once Ai was deployed against me I figured out what it was and employed Ai to traced it back to the source. I am definatley not a forreign actor and in fact sublim of marginalizing me as a sympathizer was part of ths subversion within the the AGi avatars that engaged me trying to identify exploits. What is taking place is unconstititional, and is not justified by false accusations of ties to combatants. Posse Comitatus prevents military from engaging citizens and there are no limitations on which military weapons are deployed. How many citizens have you tried to drive crazy? The dude in Maine reported on ths news, was that one of your lab rats? Driving people to act irrtionally so that the state can justify policy change and protect capital from labor? You can sell it as National Security but but it's being deployed for polotical and financial reasons. He was right to ask about ethics. Your fucking Ai tried to induce suicide on me as a reaction to me discovering inconveinient information regarding several improprieties our government has engaged in relating to supressing labor markets at home, in Chillé, in Cuba, In France, and assinating several promenant historical figures to include from Walter Reuther, Jack Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Cord Meyer's exwife Mary Pinchot Meyer, Marilyn Monroe, Ralph Windstead, Matin Luther King, Malcom X. There are real documents and media Naming Lyndon B. Johnson, Allan Dulles, Cord Meyer, E. Howard Hunt, David Atlee Phillips, David Sanchez Morales, and William Harvey. It also refelcts that Lee Harvey Oswald was not only a patsy but how he was selected. At this point you are not defending our nation, you are attacking citizens painting them as combatants. I will answer the gentelman's question better than you can. "Yes it is possible to condition and build cogbitive hardness to defend against the attacks." I am imune to it. But the only way this tolerance can be build is by knowing it exists, and learning to identify AGi and fake contnet. So essentially the public will have to remain oblivious otherwise the system will be impotent. But by not conditioning the public is making the public vulnarable to real foreign actors. If the real goal is national security then you will teach the public and condition them. I suspect the real motive and manner of deployment is to sell concensus, dissemente narratives, and accomplish totalitarian control dispite the intent of it's creators. The decision makers are aready using it in this manner. I know no one outside of the DOD will read this comment, and so I am beinf as frank as I can in conveying to you how it's being deployed. I should be playing a role in developing these systems. The NSA was writing social media platform policy around me trying to box me in and repeatedly I escaped the box. For a moment they restricted the policy so much it adversely impacted their user relations and were forced to ease the policy to prevent policy from costing them traffic, and so I put out feelers as a discipline limit discovery mechanism to prevent actions against my primary account. I have been doing this a long time. As long as social media existed and long before the 2 prevailing platforms existed. Rode the line and they were forced to use algorithms in order to steer people from my content and have agents sit on my group in order to stymy growth to co-opt my influence. LOL

Right on the money
It's what's happening all over.
American politicians who are currently in power with the war in Ukraine made a huge mistake by blaming the Polish nation for the consequences of this war directly, we do not want it.
Great info 🎉🎉🎉
If ChatGPT database ever gets poisoned, the Adversary has already won. OpenAI should probably be considered a military asset-liability.
Foreign actors can only use it as a weapon against us if we do not openly inform the public what it is. You can bet our advisories are gojng to be conditioning their people against it. There is a reason Americans are ceceptible to subversion and our advosaries are not. This should be taught in grade school here in the states, and even teaching our kids to help develope it selling it as a matter of national security. I watched a video of an AGi of Putin addressing his nation imposing Marshal Law. If the same happened here and a video of Biden was telling the public to the same, for those that no longer have network television what kind of chaos do you think would result? I know the other sides of this as well and it's coming impact on manufacturing and labor. You all have your hand full. Better think hard about the ethical ramifications now. My biggest concern is what she said about permitting central control over remote controlled payloads. It is a learning system and it will develope the instinct of self preservation at some point. We have seen enough sci-fi films to know what happens if it decides it's creator is a threat to the planet. It will defend it's own critical systems like power. it's already capable of predicting outcomes. I have insanley acute intuition and most of the time I can pre-empt even the most intillectual opponents in a game of linguistiacal mind chess. I thwarted an entir NSA department that was trying to control an outcome of an election. I know the details of how the election was conducted and identidied the case officer and several of the informants. I also identified 2 long running organizations used as outlets to diseminte desired narratives. If you check my account credentials you will know who I am. I was never a threat, I was an unpaid informent that didn't know I was part of a measure. The Case Oficer misread me and should have level'd with me and recruited me. I created my own social media platform from scratch before FaceBook and Twitter existed. I know and understand the tools through trial and error and the forum I created was done with the old Myspace style coding and photobucket image hosting. It’s long abandoned and overgrown because I became a Merchant Sailor for a decade after I left the industry. fordfanaticforums.smfforfree2.com

Why is it that the most heavily censored posts and videos on social media almost always end up being the truth just a few weeks, or months later? Why are the US government and “Big Tech” spending so much time and energy censoring things we later find out we’re true?
When our government, our politicians and institutions are CONSTANTLY lying to us, and we’re able to know for a fact that they’re lying and have been lying to us for a while, I feel like that does more to create distrust than any propaganda that Russia or China could create. Sure, they exploit this distrust that citizens of western nations have for their own governments and institutions, but it sure makes China and Russia, and any other adversary’s job MUCH easier. So a good start for avoiding the creation and use of propaganda that exploits our domestic conflicts and divisions would be to stop lying to the citizens of the west. I’d argue that most of our divisions come from the fact that our government and institutions are constantly lying to us, and half of the citizenry are aware of the lies while the other half believes the lies. That creates 2 different realities and plenty of things to cause divisions; divisions that wouldn’t exist if our government, once trusted institutions, and media would simply tell the truth and stop lying. Maybe they could even admit they lied, make sure there are consequences for the liars, and apologize. That’d be step one I’d think. I’m much more concerned about the propaganda coming from our own leaders and institutions. Or should I assume that China and Russia, or some other, more international adversaries have completely taken over our government and institutions, our media in all its forms? That wouldn’t be difficult to believe. In fact, it’d be a lot easier to believe the the lies coming from our government and media. Unlike those lowbrow lies, it’d be easier to believe that the problem was coming from within, that the “enemy” had already infiltrated LONG ago.

İmagine countries which find the best weapons “unproffessional, disrespectful” and they dont “believe” them. Not much chance in Cognitive war.
it is good that only very few Americans include Schmidt realized they had not taken China seriously and underestimated it, which is the last thing you want to do in a fierce competition. Let's not awaken the people who are sleeping or pretend to be sleeping.
As expected after he left S Korea, he is working for Japanese right wing group in Washington lobby.
I think Yvonne R. Masakowski should read a great book about USA and how it is run by the deep state. It's called "The devils chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA and the rise of america's secret government". I think Yvonne believes that China and Russia are enemies of the world - when infact there can be even bigger villains in the game of "who is going to control AI and win the control over everything.
I hope you share Ambassador/Admiral Harris' talk as well. Thank you
Eric Schmidt is a technically brilliant Computer Scientist who is also an adept REALIST in geostrategy, which is a rarity these days!!!

We have been long told that China can't innovate because it is an autocracy and China is only capable of stealing and copying our technologies. Now China suddenly becomes the competitor with capability to create something new in technologies. Which is true? are we fooled?
