I play 18-18 with no deadzone, no acceleration, and 0.8 ads zoom sens its definitely a fast sens but if you are a high sens player and use kontrol freaks it makes it much much easier to control

It took me about 100 games to get champion and maybe 150 hours of play time. If you're dropping 20 kills and carrying your games you could get champion in no time
