I am still wondering where you got the 4000 watch hours, I am not monetized myself but my numbers are coming up fine, and my target for now is to get 5k views in the last 48 hours and grow gradually. After that I can focus of quality over quantity especially because my content is optimized for search and 70% of my views come from videos over 3 months old.
