I'm not an old enough player to have gotten it "back in the day" (I have under 2 years, started around august last year ish) But, I did however pick this up from a recent "Only Evolife equipment in the Gold Chest!" event. The during these events, the Gold Chest prize pool changes, to include even Titans and Titan weapons, along with Robots, Weapons, Drones, and Pilots for the Corporation the Event is for. A while back there was also a "Only Spacetech equipment in the Gold Chest!" where you could get older Limited Edition Robots and Weapons as well. So, each week, do those Hunting Ground PvE missions to get 1k Keys, dailies, and Leaderboard milestone rewards, and if you can get one of those events, go ham with the keys. Also, start holding onto your Dorito's (Upgrade Tokens) as Hank's Floating Shipyard (previously Ultimate Luck) can sometimes award Mk.2 Weaponry (as well as Lvl1 Drones) I got a Lvl1 Mk.2 Cryptic Hazard last week, hoping to get a Seeker/Shai/Hiruko Drone. I was about to sell the Cryptic Hazard, when I noticed, it was Mk.2! So that actually makes it a great reward. One upgrade Token = one lvl1 Mk.2 Weapon = worth. Hope you have similar luck!

It is very unfair. You can earn free VIP for 24 hours each week during Operation "R" it's for lvl26 I believe, and if you earn and save up Upgrade Tokens you can spend those for Ultimate Luck, but it's a ripoff. I think I actually got unrealistically lucky for the 6 Spins I made. Spur of the moment. Much luck to you, and do not feel bad if you are being beaten by Pay to Win players.

Yes I would. I honestly got dumb lucky with my 6 spins, I'd still say it's a total rip off. Sadly, for a player without much else to spend Upgrade Tokens on, it's a rip off that doesn't suck any worse than other parts of the game. It's like Stockholm Syndrome.

So, Fafnir's mobility seems bugged for some people, but not others. I wonder what is the determining factor? Is it Fafnir's level? The weapons equipped? Modules? Pilot?

What's weird, I've seen an enemy running a Freedom Fafnir that appears to move like normal?

I am somewhere inbetween. I have no Mk2 Robots, Weapons, or Modules. I am mostly f2p, but I will on occasion spend two, to five bucks on a Special Offer to get alot of Gold/Black Market Keys. I wouldn't consider that p2w, more "pay to survive" But either way I wanted to answer your question as honestly as I could! If I was truly free to play I'd spend no money, but if I was pay to win I'm certainly not spending enough money the right way. I'm not buying Mk2 gear, just Gold for pilot stuff and occasional speeding up an upgrade, and Keys to get access to stuff I can't buy. I still spend the time to level up gear won from the Black Market.

Events award Bronze, Silver, and Gold Special Delivery tokens. Granted this past Retro Treasure Hunt event, the "2nd" phase did indeed have Operations with no free Silver token award. Buying Silver coins isn't the only way to get them, but there are times when they aren't available for free. For context, I brought 5 Silver tokens for 2.99, the 4th token activated "Special Prize in next chest" and my 5th token was what you see in the video.

Thank you, I'm still working on it! Use Gold (20-300) to help speed upgrades a lil bit, and if you save up alot, Pilot upgrades when they go on sale.

I usually have my soundcard set to record at a much lower volume, and my microphone set to a higher recording. I've not been making alot of youtube contently lately, so when I've used my recording software, I've had it set to different settings. I failed to correct these settings, and I had forgot to turn the game's volume off, which I did last time. Thus resulting in the (much poorer than usual) sound quality. And I do have a low-mid quality microphone, it's not really fancy or designed for streaming. My bad.

Those are solid strats, and the right way IMO to be using those robots! Keep in mind there's a power creep, but so long as you know what you're doing you will be a better team mate than someone what a max hangar and not playing properly. If you can, fill the rest of your hangar slots with "defenders" to hold those beacons, or "thieves" meant to steal red beacons and kill enemies/drive them off with short burst damage. Good luck!

It's been a few years, but I believe it was a feature of Z Doom. "Chase Cam" is basically the same as a kill cam in many FPSs death match style games. When you die, or are wiped out, you can leave the match or stay and "watch" from the perspective of other players. In Doom, this was a third person perspective. I believe Z Doom enables you to turn Chase cam on, in single player. I keybinded this to "v" on my keyboard to stand for "view" Hope this helps!

This particular one, I've named Harry, patrols the Dune's biome edge by the large Crater that houses a Precursor Cache. It boarders the North West Mushroom Forest. He was rather aggressive when I was trying to mine some Titanium and Quartz, and during an exchange, he sort of leashed off his patrol route and is now where you see him in this video, higher up the Crater's edge and by my base. This Reaper's behavior seemed to change as he appears more interested in chasing around Sandsharks and eating prey fish, and is often found with his head clipped into the terrain with his butt and tail sticking out. Seems noticably less aggressive towards me, and if you notice, Harry does not make his aggro roar very often. I've mentioned this before to others about the "silent Reaper attack" with no warning, and many are skeptic as you are "supposed" to hear the Reapers roar once they begin their attack on you, but sometimes they don't! I'll let Harry know he's a good boy and what others think about him. I'm sure he'll go and burry his face in sand in embarassment!

"Fighting" yeah, I was fighting. My weapons were my feet and I had infinite ammo haha. I'd rather call it "surviving" a Dreadnought in all that.
