Why is this not HELMS but when I log onto SAW now it says they are using HELMS which is having endless errors and I can't do anything. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi there, I already paid the $65 fee and going back to this website, I cannot see any in-process application. Is that normal? I just got lost of time and wasn't able to upload any documents within 14 days and now I don't know what documents were needed. I got the email for fingerprint instructions ten days after. Thanks.
Same here... I received an email stating that they need fingerprinting but I cannot locate my original application that I paid for on SAW or on DOH
Same for me too, finished my fingerprint, but no change. If you have any progress, please guide me what to do after fingerprint.

Great presentation explaining the system and process, it’s a vast amount of information for processing and retention for an individual. Feedback- is there a flow chart to guide the applicant while navigating the system in obtaining registration/licensing. Specially helping internationally educated/trained nurses like me. Thank you.
