Hi salam. Can't say as I didn't have this experience. But what if you don't collect your luggage. They will keep it safe for 2-3 days on collection point.

kindly tell if we arrive at jeddah airport by train around 2hrs15mins before our flight will it be enough time for boarding?
After landing it takes 1.5 hours to get the language at max. I think 2.15 min is a very reasonable time

Assalam o alikum from Makkah, you can get various taxis which will charge to 100-130 riyal to drop anywhere is jeddah But if you book Van it cost around 250 riyal

There are machines available there to book. However, there are chances that tickets are not available at that time I would suggest always to book it in advance on HHR
