Also, check out Demore's Offshore Bar and Grill...the best perch sandwiches on the planet :) We are also the home of several famous athletes including Kevin "The Monster" Randleman, former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Thom Darden #27 from the Cleveland Browns, Scott May, former Chicago Bulls Basketball Player and Superbowl Champion Orlando Pace. Did I mention that we have the BEST amusement park on the planet? :)

They have recently built a ton of grocery stores and stuff!

But what she doesn't tell you is people might follow you home and take your car. Oh and please stay out of belden on the weekends it's packed and people cant drive. Also the rent here is probably not for most people a house payment is cheaper. Follow me for more.

North Canton is great but price park is a duck poop land mine area and dogwood Park is parents smoking weed in their cars while their kids play. We have to tell the kids there are skunks around.

I grew up in Elyria, Ohio.. It was a thriving city 25 years ago.. You don't move to Elyria anymore.. It was a little dangerous 25 years ago... Now it's a war zone...

While some are ultra negative, I appreciate the content.

sad little city.... spiritually dead... bars, and more bars... crappy, unhealthy bar food... blue zone, for sure, although there is a nice cigar shop... 10 minutes to see everything, and you're done!!

One of the highest crime rates in the whole country is 5 mins away in Canton Ohio...a complete cesspool...don't fall for her baloney.

New Development = Higher prices.

If you want to live in Columbia Station. Be prepared to hear gun fire EVERYDAY, Smell live stock, and deal with a over crowded school system. If you don't like guns, explosions and fireworks I would advise you to stay away. Many people love the idea of living in a rural setting until it's time to live in rural setting. Also be prepared to add a lot of time to your commute in the winter as these are county roads and there are only a few trucks, so don't expect to leave your house and have the streets clean. Don't be surprised if you get stuck behind a tractor that takes up both lanes and you can't pass them on your way home from work. This WILL happen. Do you love the sound of kids ripping atvs all day all night? You better because there's a good chance those will be your neighbors. Just putting out a warning. I've talked to a lot of people who moved here and now complain about these things. This is coming from a Columbia resident for 15+ years.

This is a ROUGH one. Damn. Canton? Ohio? ANY major, or I should say "major" city in Ohio? LOL. Bring your gun, and if you DO even consider buying in any of these cites, have a mental evaluation. Excellent "sales pitch" from a Realtor in any city in Ohio. The whole state is either GHETTO or HILLBILLY. Trust me, I know. Don't believe the "happy" video stuff. LOL.

We recently built with Drees and do NOT recommend it. Another con to building is that the process can be very stressful and traumatizing if not done correctly.
