I have feeling season 2 foreshadows A LOT of what is going to happen in the final season - but at MUCH larger scale. This show really went crazy - but retained the quality and storytelling. Season 3 doesn't have much lore - its more action. But season 4 has some insanely deep lore leading into the final season.
