This channel showcases my journey as a Social Scientist, Geropsychologist, Educator, Entrepreneur, and Caregiver.
I am Executive Director with GeroPsych Consultants Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based consultancy. I specialize in evaluating long-term care services, and translating scientific knowledge into tools for older adults, caregivers, aged care providers, and policymakers. I am also a part-time lecturer with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
I hold a Ph.D. from NTU Singapore and a PDClinPsyc from James Cook University. I have published and reviewed manuscripts in local and international scientific journals in ageing and integrated care. I am now involved in trans-national research that seeks to understand the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on older adults and their informal caregivers.
